Very horrible did not like the customer service there definitely didn't like the lady behind the desk she had a nasty attitude and did not understand anything I said to her which was a waste of time hope they do better in the future

I've been to about 8-10 Cricket locations and this by far is the worst! I believe it's because I'm not Haitian/it's located in a Hatian enclave, that explains the lousy customer service. As I explained to the Latino manager the sign should read'Hatian Cricket Wireless'. Lol The customers act as if their 5 yr Olds getting their first phone and the rude, unprofessional, Haitian CSRs comply. But in their defense Cricket is a third rate company wether its the foreign CSRes or Hatians in Mattapan.

They never have any change they don't know anything, they can't answer why the prices keep going up.They just leave and never let anyone know they will be back, they tell you one price on the phone and when you get there the price went up by 300.00.

ACTUALLY--I went to Right Taste Jamaican Restaurant next door, and this 5star is for them. If you are in the area stop in at least for their 5$ lunch. Cash or card.Don't have CricketW but they're probably great too
