I decided to call first before going there to ask them questions. I called them about 5 times and always got a recording that stated, that the mail box was full and could not leave a message. After the fifth time I stopped calling and gave up. If you want your store to prosper you better get employees that are willing answer the calls and do not let the calls accumulate to the point that you can not leave a message. I have real questions about the quality of service you are providing to your customers. It is sad that you do not provide quality of service to the community that you are located in. It is a disgrace, disrespectful and a great disappointment. I live close to your store and I am sad to know that I can not depend on going there to get my cricket needs met.
I hope you do something about it and begin to provide better customer service.

Awful Service. I got service about a month half Ago phone always Brick's(Locks no Sim) I call customer service no Help they Locked my Device!! Signal constantly Drops Awful Never Again. I would recommend them at All. Definitely SWITCHING Carriers to T-Mobile! Cricket Isn't Worth It at all Take Your Money Elsewhere

I got a new phone and guy who works there new the phone case did not phone but I thought he was being nice at first because I told him I drop my phone a lot so he told me use this case come back next day he will have my case, I go back and guy wasn't even working yet he charged me 50 cash for the case, there was a whole situation he got called in he was very very disrespectful, don't no how to talk to people he was ignorant and just rude, the other guy was working he was very kind very respectful and caring they told me I would have phone case in after 10 days yet they have not called me yet been way after 10 days and I need to wait for some one to go with me back down there because he is a immature boy and I don't need the trouble so two stars was for other guy who is a good person

Why are you closed on Friday at 2:30pm? Consistently under staffed. Worst location. Get your business up to snuff. Yet you want to charge people for late fees and $5 to pay your bill. You extort your customers daily. If I could put 0 stars I would.
