The employees at the Cricket on Harrison were more than helpful on multiple occasions, with a myriad of different problems that I had that weren't because of them.

Go to any other location. The staff here were unhelpful. I came in to transfer data from an old phone to a new phone I purchased at a different cricket store and had to have mailed to me. The staff told me they couldn't help and to call customer service. I had the call on speaker in hopes that the store representative would communicate with the phone rep, they did not. The store representatives sat on their phones and ignored me the full hour I was there, only speaking to me if I asked them a question and never offering help :( UPDATE: Because the store employees offered me no help in transferring data onto a new plan, I was over charged. Do not go to this location.
