Well it looks like this facility may be closing down. But I can't really recommend the company in the first place. They never miss an opportunity to raise your rate, and they left the building without a lock for months and didn't bother to notify anyone that their belongings were no longer secured.

Cubesmart doesnt prorate. If you terminate the day after your auto payment you pay for the entire month. Hard to understand contract.

Easy setup, cancellation, and access. Always felt like my stuff was safe. Only think they could do a little better is have the automatic light sensors in more places. I always had to run down the hall to keep the light on.

Terrible place I just came from Rhode Island from a long drive i decided to hold it till I got here to the storage the staff tells me they cant open the bathroom and I have to go up the street to Wholefoods smh

Went to reserve a storage unit, but employee was out of the office for over 2 hours. I sat and waited, as I had already previously reserved. Do NOT expect to get actual on-site staff when calling. Once I finally was able to check-in, there were hidden charges and lock requirements not explained to me upon reserving. Depending on your unit location, you may have to walk through a maze to put your materials on one elevator, and then find a stairwell so you can get to the next floor. Highly inconvenient and completely unaccessible for the physically handicapped. The staff walked me through a winding maze the first time, where they didn't even know where they were going. It was ridiculously confusing. After wasting over 3 hours before I could unload, and after trekking back for an "approved lock", the hidden charges and rules made me give up on this horrible business model. I found a much better self-storage that was also climate controlled, had a industrial elevator (so I could stay with my belongings without having to take a stairwell), and a very pleasant staff who explained the entire contract (no hidden fees or requirements) for about $10 more. Charlestown Self-Storage was a great alternative to this mismanaged, poorly designed, and inaccessible storage business.
