They never have my wife’s prescriptions ready even when the app says it can be picked up. She’s wasted so much time going here and then being (rudely) told that there’s nothing for her. I’m tired of watching her suffer due to their incompetency.

Tried to call in a prescription for a patient, the pharmacist refused to take it over the phone and said “feel free to call it in somewhere else”. Grade A customer service right here

Inconveniently closed in the middle of the weekday. Presumably for their nap time. SMH.

The gentlemen at the counter had an attitude and claimed he was the manager at the pharmacy after entering in my insurance information in incorrectly. He had glasses on and was the manager on duty at 5:30pm on Sunday May 28. I have never been so poorly taken care of by the pharmacy especially when I needed an epi pen for the allergic reaction I was having to keep me alive. Someone needs to talk to this gentlemen and get him in line.

CVS on West Broadway tries hard to accommodate its customers. The specials are great but you have to be early. I find some pharmacists better than others but overall CVS tries hard and succeeds in this very difficult and sometimes thankless industry.

DO NOT TRY TO CALL THE PHARMACY!Extremely understaffed pharmacy. If they don't pick up your phone call within 5 minutes, it means they are not picking up calls. They have told me when it's too busy they don't pick up the phone (after I waited more than 1 hour on the phone and ended up just going there in person). They should just disconnect their phone or go straight to voicemail then!

the worst cvs in the country. I just wasted 2 and half hours on hold because no one there can bother to pick up a phone. I don't care how busy you are, to make someone wait that long is utterly ridiculous. I recommend never giving them any business or may teach them how to physically pick up a phone when it's ringing. Pretty elementary stuff, but I guess they can't be bothered.

This CVS was older and expensive. $6 gallon of water $5 bag of Lays potato chips. It worked in a pinch but would not recommend

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. I have lived in the area for 7 years now and it used to be great but has taken a turn for the worst since the pandemic. Every time you go to pick up a refill, they either tell you they have no record of your order and you need to go to drop off or they are "working on it now". This has been for months. There is a Walgreens down the street but they actually do shady things like only fill part of your script because they don't get fully reimbursed for things the way doctors order them.

Absolutely terrible. They never pick up the phone. Twice yesterday I was on hold for 20+ minutes just to have someone pick up the phone and immediately hang up. I've been trying to fill this prescription for four days, now I'm completely out of my daily medication.

A year ago, I stopped at this location to buy several products. As I shopped for shampoo (shopping basket in hand), I noticed one of the female employees staring at me. She then approached a male cashier who proceeded to stare at me as well. I ignored it and continued to shop but everywhere I went in the store, she proceeded to follow me (up and down every aisle). Finally, I spoke up: "excuse me ma'am, why are you following me?" She acted like she couldn't hear me but I kept asking her until she finally snapped back: "I'm the manager of this store and you have to leave!" I told her I wasn't going to leave and she threatened to call the police. I told her to call them. So she goes behind closed doors and out comes a couple security guys. They ask me what the problem is and I tell them that I was followed around the store and then told to leave for no reason. The first guy starts asking me why I would assume that she was following me, like I must be doing something wrong to think that. I regret not recording the incident and for not reporting the employees. Anyways, the lady was an older blond/grey woman like in her 50's or 60's. I felt sorry for her, so proud to be the manager of CVS , I didn't have the heart to get her fired. I paid for my goods and went on my way but as a black, corporate VP this still angers me to this day.

I should have started here and read the reviews before trying to fill a Rx at this pharmacy... Zero ability to speak to a pharmacist by calling in. They repeatedly hang up on every number attempting to call in. Recommendation to anyone with a Rx: drive elsewhere. Recommendation to CVS corporate: do better for this community.

Horrible pharmacy. They refuse to answer the phone. They take 3 weeks to fill a prescription even if your doctor makes it a "priority" I live a 1 minute walk from this pharmacy and I would rather drive or walk 30 minutes to another one. This place SUCKS.
