I like to say this use to be one of the best pharmacy around but I can't say that now. the one lady that works in the pharmacy is one of the most ignorant people I have ever had to deal with she has absolutely no respect at all and is so rude she honestly shouldn't at all be working with the public.

Happy. Had a prescription transferred here and filled the same day.Lots of parking. A bit of a wait, but I thought the staff worked quickly here.

Pleasant shipping experience despite largely overpriced items. Pharmacy staff are helpful and kind. Late hours are convenient and greatly appreciated! One downside is unreliability of getting in contact via phone call.

The store carriages are filtered throughout the parking lot, The employees think that the customers should go retrieve them for themselves if they want to use a cart to shop in the CVS store in Morrisey Blvd. They keep the shelves stocked which is smart but don't expect any type of customer service they should fire the entire store manager included and restart with new employees because those individuals that work there now are lazy.

I like this Cvs. I love the 24-hour service & it has been my preferred location for a while now. Most of the time, almost always, I find what I'm looking for. Thanks for the coupons, CVS. I like you just a little more than your competitors.

This store used to be 24hour service but they cut back. Closing at 11pm I think now. Check before you take the trip there.

This CVS on Morrissey Blvd has the worst customer service.There are often no workers to check you out and the lines can be 7-8 deep. Now they started locking uo everything behind plastic doors. You have to push a button to call a clerk to unlock your items, Then wait. Maybe after 4-5 times pushing the call button someon may saunter over to get your item. All in all a very poorly managed place. But it has been this way for years.

Wow. The head pharmacist has no personality. He shouldn’t be in a business of dealing with sick people. He is rushed, rude and and very inpatient. Adding theses to his accent, it becomes extremely hard to understand him. Very frustrating.

Working at a pharmacy isn’t easy, I have been going to this pharmacy for a few years, it wasn’t always an enjoyable experience until recently when I met the new manager Hein. He goes above and beyond to help not only me, but friends of mine have also complimented his work ethic. He makes sure to get you an answer regarding your medications, goes out if his way to provide coupons for discounts on prescriptions, he really is a breath of fresh air and I had to acknowledge his efforts. Thank you Hein!!

They don't have my medication in stock, the pharmacy would like to order them for me and notify when it arrive. No one notify me more than three day so i have to check in again on my order. The pharmacist name Hien check on my order and suggest my medication is not right as it very low dosage and most pharmacy would not carry them in-stock so they refused my medication.

This location constantly have issues. Lack of staff and they are slow with service! There are no signs indicating that they close between certain hours of the day online or posted inside the store. It’s just disappointing that no one believes it’s necessary to communicate with the public indicating when the public can be serviced. The customer service Sucks! It’s horrible and you should not waste your time, money, or energy at this location. The staff actually laughed at a customer because he was unable to get his medication, so unprofessional. This has to be the worst location in Boston (Suffolk County).

I wish these stars could go negative, the customer service has only gone downhill. They had a prescription of mine for a week, online it said filled but they told me they didn't have it. I called multiple times only to be left on hold for 20+ minutes because they "don't answer the phone" and "online isn't accurate". they told me I no longer will get texts on status updates on my prescription either. As I said I wish you could give negative stars because this is the WORST pharmacy I have ever seen
