The pharmacist here is extremely rude. I'd never gotten my prescriptions from CVS before but Walgreens was out of stock so I had my Dr. send it to CVS which had my meds. When I called about my prescription, the girl on the phone was rude af and short with her answers- better yet, I could hear the pharmacist in the background complaining and saying that he wasn't going to fill my prescription until he knew I had insurance. I told them over the phone that I had insurance and told them which kind- he still would not fill it until I came in and gave my insurance info.So I went in, gave them my insurance info and was told to wait 15 to 20 minutes. 15- 20 minutes pass, I wait in line to pickup. Just for them to tell me its going to be another 15- 20 minutes. When I asked why, the SAME pharmarcist gave me a rude, flippant answer and just went back to pretending I wasn't there. I understand there's a shortage of workers in pharmacies but that doesn't give anyone the right to be flippant and rude as hell to customers. I don't want to take time out of my day to wait 40 minutes for a prescription as much as the pharmacy staff doesn't want to do their job.

Pharmacy staff are borderline rude most of the time or have an attitude issue. Service is unbelievably slow. Staff turnover seems really high, and competent people seem to leave as soon as they can.My household has pulled all medication from this store. Final straw is their broken pharmacy refrigerator -- going on a week. But still allowing people to schedule vaccinations that can't be done, which means their online systems cannot be relied on either.

The pharmacy is incredibly understaffed with ridiculously long and slow lines. Take your prescriptions elsewhere

This pharmacy is one of the worse. For over a week they have not been able to find my mom's prescription in their system. Tried calling, was hung up on, then got a rude employee who stuck me on hold and never came back. Went to the store to speak to the manager, was told he is not there, come back the next day. I work, can't be running back and forth to that store.

This review is for Maria. On 11/10/2021 Maria helped my very annoying mother check out. My mother asks a lot of annoying questions and Maria's patience that night was outstanding. There was a long line behind us and Maria was sympathetic, efficient, and beyond patient. It is not easy to deal with difficult people, so I hope Maria's manager sees this and thanks her.

Extremely poor service for a for-profit venture. Unhelpful, lethargic and unprofessional personnel. Just met with Eva at the counter to get some antibiotics. This poor behavior from her and others has been the rule, not the exception... for the last two years since we moved to Hyde Park. This is a formal notice to CVS to do something about this! I will be taking pictures of all unprofessional people behind the CVS counter if needed and documenting the details of circumstances from now on. Could it be that you are all trying to get away with this level of poor service because Hyde Park has historically been a poor neighborhood? Be very careful - though we maybe a captive audience at this CVS branch for now, we are not helpless consumers. Will also be posting this in all social media and local channels.

Just left CVS OMG worse experience ever. I went to get a prescription filled. Not only did the tech put my name, DOB and phone number in wrong, his a** gave me the wrong medication. I mean this is serious and should not be taken lightly. First and last time coming here f****** S*** show... Oh and he told me my cost was $30 ended up being $3 ... WTF really why Blue Cross wont let me continue to go to walgreens, just why

I live at walking distance and had to change stores. Pharmacy staff are extremely rude and unprofessional!! I was at pharmacy check out, I changed my mind about purchasing an item and staff told me "Well you can put it back then". I was so surprised, I had not problem taking it back... its not what you say, its how you say it. On another occasion, I called in to check if I had any prescriptions available to pick up. Staff who picked up said "No", I said Ok thank you, have a good day, She said "Yep.".
