Do not develop photos here. They lost the order twice, so after ~2 months and several phone calls and visits, I had to call the CVS help line and move my order to another store. I don't think they know how to develop photos here.

WASTED 1HOUR AND NO FLU SHOTI came for a flu shot, waited until the lunch period ended, and asked if I could get one. They agreed but said I needed to wait for half an hour. I agreed and waited nearly an hour. Then they asked, "Did you check in?" I said no. They then told me I needed to make an appointment online in advance and check in for a flu shot. I wondered why they didn't mention this from the very start!

Last night my father had texted me I. My way home way from work asked if I could stop off to pick up my mom medication. He told me the pharmacy was opened to 8pm mind you I work in the city and take public. Transportation home. By time I arrived to the pharmacy it was little after 7pm and it was closing. I asked the pharmacist if they any way I could get my mother medicine, there response we can transfer it to the another pharmacy but weee closed. The assistant manager in training took some kindness on me and told we're i ot doing this on w but you should know we changed the hours. I said no outside it said 8pm and there a sticker on the door saying 7pm,. Long story short why even have a cvs here when most them close at 7 and only close 9. I am going take my business to Osco drug store where they close at 8pm and care about their clientsNo wonder this company going under there customer service sucks along with their extravagant pricea

Don't ever park or go to this location. I went shopping here several months ago. After I Went shopping at a neighboring shop nearby. I came back to find my car towed and I had to walk 40 minutes to get car back. The owner or what appeared to be a manager was laughing. Seemed to me he got a thrill calling and getting other peoples cars towed. Leaving my car for 20-30 minutes parked does not constitute a tow. There is a need for better management.

The absolute worst CVS I have ever been to. Everything broken/barely working, staff with no expediency or knowledge. Waited over 40 minutes for a SCHEDULED Covid test, at which point I had to re-answer all of the information I already entered online. What the hell is going on here??

It took one 50 minutes to print 5 PDF pages (black and white) (compared to 2 min elsewhere) - the printer is very (very very) slow - one out of the two Kodak screens does not work - one hour lost for a price surprisingly high. I do not recommend at all if you are looking for an efficient service.

The pharmacy kept telling me that my doctor was not responsive to authorizing a referral for my medicine. this was an old problem. cvs kept calling the wrong number. mass general even called cvs twice to let them know without success. i got a long message from mgh about this. mgh cares. not cvs though. i had told them to switch the mgh number to a new number. i called the pharmacy. i was on hold for 6 minutes no pick up. i called again and was on hold for 15 minutes. walked in the cvs. talked to the manager. i showed him the 15 minutes wait on my cell. he could not have cared less. they're busy. not they weren't. no one in line. three techs and no pickup while i was holding the phone in front of the pharmacy. asked to see the pharmacist. explained 6 minutes and 15 minutes holding. he could not explain. there were no customers in the store. he took my information and set up the referral with the correct number. we'll see if we get more calls from cvs telling me they can't reach the dr. good luck. this used to be a great pharmacy but all those involved are long gone. service could not have been worse not only from the pharmacy but from the store manager on call. the manager was totally unprofessional. he should be fired.

Yelp, stop deleting my reviews. There is a turkish terrorist that will literally throw your groceries around and think you're stealing when you are trying to pay. 181 brighton ave, i was attacked by a muslim employee who called the cops on me for no reason. He argued with me about religion. I will post this review on more sites if it continues to get deleted. Don't go here to cvs on 181 brighton ave in allston unless you enjoy being harassed and literally attacked by the muslim that works there. it's really obvious the person i'm talking about.

My prescription had been lost and the pharmacist here was super accommodating and helped me out until it was located. I appreciate his follow up and diligence to get the situation resolved as soon as possible. Not many like this anymore

This CVS is really convenient if you're catching the 57 or 66. Located right in Allston it's also right on the bus line so I can quickly grab something before getting on the bus. The staff are helpful if you need them, but not overbearing if you want to be left alone. They also always have what I'm looking for and I've had no problems with what I need being in stock. I love this CVS, I just wish they had the self-checkout. Otherwise, it's great!

Average CVS. The coupon machine: one of two machines was not working. The working one was also very slow. Cashier was friendly and location is convenient.

9 minutes waiting at drive up window. Everytime i go the experience gets worse. If your sick go elsewhere. wallgreens across the street, here i come
