Do not go here for Passport photos. They did not take time and I now have to resend a photo because it was too blurry. Very frustrated and disappointed.

SUCH rude workers. They act like you're inconveniencing them if you even try to interact or ask them for help. I got some eye rolls and huge sighs, paired with "I don't know, somewhere back there, go look" when I asked where I could find something. Took me 10 minutes of roaming around to find the damn Carmex (which isn't by the other lip balms and is in the cold/flu section for some reason).

I went to get my passport photo taken and the employee refused to give me a digital copy of the photo and the photo is too blurry to even be accepted by passport renewal website.

Upon coming to check out, an employee asked if I have debit or credit and to wait in line for next self serve checkout counter. I came up to the register and self checked items and it came upon the selection for to pay and I hear someone yelled and said" continue, hit continue" and I turned around to see who said that to me. It was an employee and when I looked back angrily, the tone changed to soft spoken saying to press continue. Where I'm at there was no bags so I had to move the items where there was bags. I dropped an item and wasn't able to pick it up cause I had surgery. I said it two times before a customer picked it up for me. I really didn't appreciate being yelled at or no assistance in helping me pick up an item due to my surgery. I bought gauze, and tape from this store and with the type of service I received. I don't know about coming here again.

Too many discount coupons attached to CVS receipts slow things down at checkout. Wish they would do away with them.

When there for a couple items. Unfortunately they had lots of items locked up that required staff assistance, including deodorant. Seriously! ?

I went to the cvs downtown Boston buy a snack for my son, my son got a school bus toy from canobie lake it’s a collection
The security accused me to not pay for it even though I explained it’s a collection it from canobie lake park
I ask to talk to the manager about it they not took it serious and no excuses
You khow why cause I’m a black !

The pharmacist and this pharmacy were incredibly helpful with an issue I experienced trying to get a medication filled. They went above and beyond to help me out and went as far as to apologize for the behavior of a pharmacist at an entirely different location.

The workers there are really helpful and nice. But never once have they had my prescription ready when I come to pick it up despite confirmation calls. This has happened at least 10 times

Very friendly staff. They helped me out with an issue. Manager was quick to respond, and Adriana at the front was very friendly. They are well coordinated and organized and the store is much more clean than others in the Boston area. Thanks guys!

Convenient CVS between Chinatown and Quincy Market in the heart of downtown. It's smaller than others, but being in downtown Boston, it's understandable due to the high rent prices and the limited real estate. I went in to get some snacks and candy and they were cheaper than buying them in other places nearby. Also, with the mobile app discount coupon, I was able to get a better deal. Some people get 20%, 30% or even 40% off on a weekly basis on their mobile app. I did not deal with any human being, as I used the self checkout register, which I liked...it was easy and quick.
