One of the worst stores in the world. It's dirty, with lots of inaccurately priced (or even unpriced) items. The self checkout machines fail half the time and the register itself is often unattended. Tonight I had a coupon for 20% off a full priced product and they refused to honor it because it was milk...? (The coupon itself says nothing about an exclusion for dairy products.) Just consistently abysmal service.

We needed medication for our kid and this cvs had it at a reasonable price. The staff were friendly and we had no issue getting in or out. Really happy they had this location so close to us.

Excellent experience at CVS on Hanover street in Boston, close to the water, by the battery wharf hotel, and the street with excellent Italian food! Thanks to the excellent service from the staff, early opening of the shop and the availability of great products on the shelves, I walk out happy with my shopping bag full! Highly recommended, then walk to the shopping mall close by for my favorite Boston lobster breakfast! Super!

+1 star for the store being clean, but I was unable to find anything I was actually looking for. And when I asked an associate where to find earplugs, they directed me to the far back corner of the store. Which was the intimacy section. With a shelf of butt plugs.

Absolute worst pharmacy operation I have ever experienced. Incompetent counter staff who have no business interacting with customers. No follow up or care or even interest in helping patients resolve issues with medication on back order. Don’t ask them for help because they will treat you like an inconvenience, turn their back and walk away from people asking legitimate questions. CVS should really take a look at what this is doing to their brand. I never write reviews. I turn the other cheek when a business disrespects me as a customer. Not this time. Just awful.

THIS PHARMACY AT CVS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL..My doctor's staff had to call 4 times before she even got a pick-up..Phone rang over 34 times... Went to pharmacy for needed renewed medicine..Pharmacist has such an attitude..told me it didn't exist...Become arrogant and argumentative. Told her the doctor's office affirmed that my prescription was valid as they sent out a written request weeks ago..and showed her a copy.. Very important medicine for my heart.. They have cut back on staff...Assistants act like they are doing you a favor giving you your meds...They have stopped answering phones completely from patients..Tell you now-to always leave a voice -mail and will call back..Not true..rarely hear from them...This CVS IS A NIGHTMARE.. AND UNRESPONSIVE to a clients needed meds..

I received 2 shots yesterday and saw 3 dogs in the store. One was in the closed area for shots scooting around on its butt while I was there. This area needs to be clean.I was disappointed in the hygiene practiced in this place. The service was very good.

had an entire convo with the tech only for her to still give me meds I no longer take then to have a whole convo about the med change, and needing it. Only for her to give me what I told her I didn't take and none of the new meds that I need.

Very convenient location for all the tourists walking through North End. It's a small CVS but they have everything you may need, they also offer self checkout.

Amazing staff that helped us in a pinch. We were stuck without access to medication while traveling and they went above and beyond to help us. Would definitely recommend.
