Horrible service, I went today to buy a covid 19 test at around 3:30pm and the guy asked me how many tests did I want? And I said TWO. I wanted two covid tests. When I take my bag from HIS HANDS I see that the guy gave me 4 covid tests instead of ONLY TWO. I instantly let him know that I ONLY WANTED TWO BUT HE GAVE ME 4. And he says “we can not return covid tests” I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I never opened the tests I just saw he gave me 4 and instantly tried to return one. I PAYD WITH MY MONEY, MY DEBIT CARD, so I want to my money back. Horrible horrible experience, after charging me an absurd amount of money that I could not even pay. They lost a loyal costumer. I am canceling my care pass membership after 5 years of being a member, this cvs keeps getting worst every day, I am never going there again

Big shout out and major props to NOLAN. The guy is absolutely amazing. Super helpful, engaging personality, and went above and beyond to help me find the right charger when I was stressing over my phone dying. GIVE HIM A BIG RAISE. Like REALLY. He is making your store shine.

This morning when purchasing an item, a very rude young employee was swearing, while he was talking to his manager. He is very unprofessional and very rude. He truly needs to be terminated, immediately!

The people who work at this location are absolutely amazing. I came into the store while experiencing a severe episode of heat exhaustion on my way home from work. I was very close to fainting and not able to stand up or think coherently. Every person working at the store was extremely kind and helpful. They got me to a safe spot to rest and recover, were able to get in touch with my family, made sure that I had water, and continued to check in on me for about an hour until I was able to leave. The staff truly made a difference and I am so grateful.

The employees at this location are never friendly and the pharmacy is disorganized and unreliable. They dispensed 30 pills for a 90-day supply for one of my prescriptions. How does that mistake happen?

Worst CVS ever!!! Star Market across have essentials that are cheaper, plus they stay open a hour later til 11 pm.

Came here for a quick pharmaceutical need. It was organized as most other CVS locations. Plenty of sweet and savory to pick from while purchasing office supplies, medications, or make up. Would come again as the cashier was kind and a convenient location.

The CVS Pharmacy at 101 Canal Street in Boston used to be very good. Prescriptions used to be filled quickly. There used to be a couple of people behind the counter and they could always find your script when you asked for it. There is a new pharmacist there now and I feel sorry for him - he has no help. It's just him and whenever I try to get a prescription it is inevitably not ready. Last week my husband and I both got notices that our scripts were ready but when our daughter went there he couldn't find either of them. My husband went back the next day and had to ask to have it looked up in the computer. Both prescriptions were in their proper bin in alphabetical order. I've seen parents trying to pick up antibiotics that their children need to start that evening be sent away until the next day. The situation is VERY frustrating!

I'm a regular customer. I go in here almost everyday. Everything is good when I go on my lunch break but when I go there before work at 7:15, the store is never open but there's employees inside. I just don't understand. It's supposed to open at 7am. They never open at 7, well atleast 3 times a week when I try to go in the morning. Very irresponsible!!! Get it together CVS!
