The store is good and I was able to get the items I needed. My comment is about a female employee. Last Thursday I was in the store and she passed by me walking very fast, nearly bumping into me. As I approached the self checkout once again she passed in front of me very quickly. She should have said excuse me or I need to pass by. She has done this several times when I was shopping there. Learn some manners!

I hate coming here. They don't always correctly fill your prescriptions. They're never open the hours that they say they're open.

DO NOT GO HERE! Never has my medication on time. SEVERAL TIMES IN A ROW!! God forbid you have a life threatening situation— i hope your medication isn’t at this cvs. They are inconsistent and rude… why would you order a medication the day AFTER it was supposed to be filled, then blame the customer! WOULD GIVE A 0 STAR IF I COULD. Everything is all locked up and they make someone unlock everything… makes you feel like a criminal.

My daughter went to pick up an antibiotic after a strep positive throat culture at urgent care, was told by the tech “the pharmacy closes in 5 minutes you’ll have to come back tomorrow”

This CVS seems quite messy and disorganized compared to other locations.

Whatever Haitian lady with the fake drawn on eyebrows that works in the morning needs to learn how to be professional.

Hiu, a male Asian pharmacist, was the most unprofessional I have ever encountered. He was rude, unhelpful, and unreasonable. He refused to help a patient who had just been discharged from the ER to get their medication—was it because of their race or gender?

Shop in the centre, well stocked and very friendly staff.

The CVS on William Howard Taft is filthy. The drive-up window, especially, looks like a germ-fest. It’s not at all what a health organization should look like. The Walgreens across the way is much much cleaner. Both inside and out.

No one likes to be followed around. It’s funny because if someone really wanted to steal from CVS they would just walk straight out and they could do nothing about it, meanwhile I’m just trying to use my points I got by, hmm, SHOPPING A TON AT CVS

The CVS Pharmacy at 631 Washington St in Boston is a convenient spot to pick up everyday essentials and medications. It's centrally located, making it easy to swing by when you need something in a pinch.
The store is well-stocked with a variety of products, from toiletries to over-the-counter medications. The pharmacy staff is usually helpful and efficient, although there can sometimes be a bit of a wait during busy times.
While it may not be the fanciest pharmacy around, it gets the job done when you need it. Overall, it's a reliable option for your everyday needs.

I worked in service jobs for years and have great empathy to workers having to deal with people all day. That being said, and I never write bad reviews, the pharmacy staff here are the rudest people I’ve ever met. On every occasion I’ve been here, I’ve interacted with the same extremely nasty staff, to the point that I would rather go without my medication than pick it up here. Go literally anywhere else.

The worst pharmacy ever! I don’t know what type of degree the pharmacists at this pharmacy has! They work at the night shift of Thursday and I was just there trying to pick up a medication that I needed to take that night but couldn’t give it to me because it was at a different pharmacy! I begged for it because I don’t wanna mess my medication but they didn’t care and not sure if that is part of the pharmacist ethical rules they study at school! I have the prescription from my primary care and its on the system. I had to drive to another pharmacy for an hour to pick up the medication which they didn’t even ask anything or complain about it being at a different location! I think CVS should reconsider hiring such pharmacist who doesn’t care about patients health!!
