They have a very small selection and almost everything they do have is locked up behind glass. I waited at least ten minutes for an employee to come unlock a display so I could get an eyeliner pen. I'll go out of my way to another store to avoid this place from now on. By locking everything up to prevent shoplifting, they are driving away customers.

This CVS has absolutely no respect for customer service and the man at the counter who is very bossy and rude is always pushing me to get a buy one get one free option when I tell him that I’m all set twice. I know that everyone has bad days so I went here a couple more times to give another chance yet I am STILL disrespected the exact same ways as before. Learn manner and learn to treat your customers with better respect. Never going back again.

I'm really glad that this is my pharmacy of choice, the staff are super nice and helpful and have gone above and beyond to make sure my needs are met. Shoutout to my favorite staff member Jamie! She was super kind and made me feel really valued!

Pharmacy is run by children, poorly managed. My partner was just discharged by MGH, prescription sent to this pharmacy, they tell me they can’t fill it for at least 30 minutes, I return in 30 minutes and the pharmacy is closed. They tell me I can’t get it tonight because the system will not work until tomorrow. WHY DID YOU NOT INFORM ME YOU CLOSE BEFORE THE SCRIPT CAN BE FILLED - SENDING ME TO ANOTHER CVS OUTSIDE OF THE CITY (PORTER SQUARE) IS NOT A SUITABLE RECOMMENDATION. An absolute joke when it comes to pharmacy management.

The cashier was an older man (Caucasian, about 5’6ft), creepily told me he would remember my phone number after I put it in the system for my reward points. I do not remember his name to report this, I hope no one else, especially another woman experiences this. I now will be changing my pharmacy and never stepping foot in this particular CVS again. My safety felt threatened.

Beautiful establishment. Unless you're a person of color. Then the staff just ignore you and don't offer to help in any way. But they'll stare at you out the side of their eyes from afar though.

Good location in that it's well placed, but doesn't fit the historic neighborhood. Employees harass customers about masks. Go to Gary Drug instead. Much better (albeit smaller).
