When you first enter, this seems like a smaller CVS until you realize there's a second floor. Overall good service but the store does feel a bit messy. I still don't know why they lock up some of their items. Just get better security instead of making the honest people wait around for someone to unlock the shaving cream.

Staff is very rude. Will not revisit simply because the staff is incredibly mean and the customer service is terrible! Really bad experience.

TERRIBLE customer service upstairs. We went to get passport photos done. There was 2 employees and no customers and despite us asking for help both continued doing what they were doing. Once someone finally stopped to assist us, she couldn’t even tell us the pricing. We walked back out.

The Pharmacy team at CVS Copley are helpful, supportive and very kind. I don't live near the Copley shop but I'll be using it as my local for prescriptions and medicines from now on.

What a great pharmacy. I needed a prescription filled pronto and the urgent care was next door. They were able to process my prescription within 20 minutes and Rubi was super nice

I was very sad today to witness a black male being racially profiled by the cashier managing the self check out section, at around 2 pm today. He asked her if they had soap containers, she told him to pay 1st & then she would help him find the soap container, she then accused him of attempting to steal when everyone there could clearly see that he wanted to buy the soap container & everything else he planned to purchase all at once.
When the individual walked in the store, he was followed. I could hear the cashier telling the guy, "I know what you are trying to do". The guy replied, " I have no idea what you are talking about". In the end, he paid for all his items & politely thanked her even though she was extremely rude to him. I've seen this employee smoking cigarettes by the front entrance on multiple occasions so I recognized her. She is a brunette, looks like she is in her 50's, or 60's. This was very sad to watch, I really hope this review will prevent this from happening to other customers in the future. I wish there was a way to give 0 stars.

Took my disposable camera to develop and they lost it. Lost all my graduation pictures with family and friends due to their incompetence! Absolutely horrible, wouldn’t recommend.

I always feel that people from the store are always rude and not friendly at all especially a black woman with glasses (who is a store manager?). She is just super super rude. I know we often have bad things in our lives which make us grumpy but can't you be just be more polite even just a little bit if you wanna sell something to people? Isn't that a common business manner? Worst CVS/store in the world

I made a photo request and was never notified about my order being ready. So I called. Dude on the phone says hold on and that's it. leaves me there in limbo for 15 minutes. So I went to the store. When I arrived I immediately saw that they were understaffed. So I'm like ok now I understand. So I go upstairs to the photo section. Dude starts helping me out. I'm telling the dude that my wedding anniversary is today and I need the photo. I already waited 2 hours with no confirmation. Dude keeps telling me to come back tomorrow. I already told his thick skull that my anniversary was today 3 times. Maybe it was just a language barrier. And if so I apologize for this review. I'm just really pissed off is all. Don't have a frame for my photo. I'm returning to the store tomorrow and I hope I'm accommodated with a free frame.

People are always rude and not friendly at all. Plus they made my online order “picked” even I didn’t. They stole my money. There are many other CVSs and why we have to go to this store???
