Disappointing experience with this pharmacy, especially the pharmacist and overall customer service. After speaking with others in my neighborhood, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated issue.
Having worked for this company, I know they could help but chose not to. Management needs to address this, but I won’t be back to see if they do, as I am ending my 15-year relationship with CVS today.

They now lock up deoderants. Fine there is a health reason maybe for that but when I push a button for service to open the lock and nobody shows up that is a problem. I left the store after 10 minutes and said forget it for the other purchases I planned to make at this CVS

Probably the worst CVS in the area. The parking lot is a joke. Whoever designed it should be banned from designing parking lots ever again.

Half the inventory is now locked up and requires an associate for assistance. Looks like it's Amazon for most items I used to buy here.

Easy going, pleasant, prompt, well staffed, great hours. Make life easier instead if harder which is a rarity. Great pharmacy and pharmacists.

I came looking to get a passport picture done for my toddler. 19 months old and very energetic, so I figured I would have a hard time. To my surprise, it only took a couple of minutes! I worked with Saurahb, who was very nice and patient with us, and he was able to take a wonderful picture. Great experience with him.

Terrible pharmacy. I’m not going to get anything prescribed from here ever again. The staff was rude in person when I went to pick up the med and when I called they hung up on me 2 times. If you don’t want to pick up the phone then don’t pick it up at all!!!

I went to 5 different stores to reload my Go2 bank card but the customer service wasn’t great I decided to go to the CVS on 1921 centre street a guy named saurabh helped me out he went the extra mile he deserves a raise
