Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Reporting publicly as “Sahiley” the manager clearly does not care whatsoever about her behavior towards customers. Abhorrent and unfortunate.

Review for the pharmacy (the store is fine): Repeatedly unreliable service at this CVS. I used the locker system for prescriptions but didn’t receive codes or found meds not loaded multiple times. I take venlafaxine, which causes withdrawal symptoms if missed. One time they canceled my order without telling me—I had already paid. The pharmacist was dismissive and only helped after I insisted on a supervisor. Later, he refused to transfer my mom’s meds, which we’d done many times before. Feels retaliatory. I’ve moved to a different pharmacy.

On Tuesday, April 15, at approximately 12:45 PM, I visited this pharmacy and was assisted by a saleswoman wearing a hijab. I found her communication to be very quiet, making it difficult to hear her. Additionally, she did not smile, make eye contact, or offer a farewell upon completing the transaction.
I believe that customer service is a vital aspect of any business, and I hope you will consider providing additional training to ensure all staff members offer attentive and courteous service.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I was sick with the flu, they closed to go on lunch 3 minutes early and had me wait 30 minutes while they took their lunch. Then when they reopened they said my prescription wasn’t ready and had me wait another 30 minutes. Every single time i go to this pharmacy they always mess something up or it takes a ridiculously long time to get my prescription.

The pharmacy made a clerical error which lead to my meds not being available for pick up even though it was only day 8 within the 14 day pick up period. Instead of apologizing, Daniel insinuated that it was my fault and tried to tell me it was beyond the 14 day period which is why it wasn't available. I pulled up the text message I received 8 days ago saying the medication was now ready for pick up, the date was July 24th. I told him it hadn't been 14 days as today is August 1st. He was very short with me and acted like it was a major inconvenience for him to fulfill my prescription. I was incredibly frustrated and he was very unkind and unprofessional. Customers should not be held responsible for the pharmacists’ mistakes. This is the second time I've tried to pick up these meds from this CVS, the first attempt was unsuccessful. I drove 40 miles twice to pick up my meds for them to try to tell me both times that they didn't have them. I will not be returning to this CVS.

Worst pharmacy ever I went there to pick up my medicine and they tell me to wait for them to fill so I was waiting 40 mins never called my name and when I finally went to ask where is my medicine they say oh we are out of that medicine they could of told Me rather then tell.me they don't and this pharmacist guy was extremely rude and unwilling to help

Put on hold to talk to pharmacist through automated system. After a long wait someone on the pharmacy staff picked up just to hang up. On my next attempt someone picked up and didn't respond. They just had me listen as they typed on their computer for a couple of minutes and then hung up on me without ever speaking to me.

Terrible experience at the pharmacy!!! They made me pay my prescriptions twice although it was already prepaid online. Unprofessional staff. I do not recommend this place at all.

The worst pharmacy EVER! Avoid it!
My prescription has been sent there and when I came more than 2 hours later they first told me that it was not ready and then they were unable to type my right DOB. I lost 1h of my time.
Last time I'm buying there.

The store portion of CVS is fine and the employees are very nice but unfortunately, the repeatedly terrible pharmacy experience makes this store a 1 star for me. I understand that the pharmacists deal with some challenging people but there is one individual in particular who should not be in a customer facing role (anywhere) as they are extremely rude, condescending, unwilling to help at all and always full of attitude. They never acknowledge you as a customer even when you say hi and constantly look miserable. When you have a question or there is an issue, they are extremely annoyed at being bothered with it and do not want to help at all. Every time I interact with this person, I have a negative experience and most recently, there was an error on their end that was causing confusion and instead of trying to solution or show literally any customer service skills that show you care at all about the customer, they basically just stared at me and said too bad. Would highly recommend finding another location.

I have been using this pharmacy for 20 years and the service has never been this bad. Stay away from this place. The pharmacist is rude and incompetent. The pharmacist will present a smug grin when she tries to avoid admitting mistakes.
