This is the worst CVS I have ever been to in my entire life. It took many months for all of my terrible experience to build up to leaving this review.
I have been to this CVS in the winter seeking medicine for my family and was brought to tears after having to search for the right product on my own with no help from the staff. In fact, instead of helping me, one employee asked me to wait while he purchased candy for himself at the self checkout.
I’ve been here to get a behind-the-counter product that they did have in stock, and they told me to come back tomorrow because they hadn’t sorted through the new shipment. I came back the next day. Nothing. I came back the next WEEK. They still hadn’t unpacked their stock shipment.
I feel like the problem is beyond the actual staff because I’ve seen them turn over their staff multiple times and have found very little improvement.
I don’t think I’ve written a review of any product or place in over ten years. The frustration of going to this CVS because it is “conveniently” close to my house has just provided me with one miserable experience after another.
I wouldn’t wish going to this CVS on my worst enemy.

They close at 10:30pm even though it says 11pm on the sign outside. This place gets the job done.

I like the shop because it’s clean and organized, and the staff are welcoming.
I can find anything I need easily. The prices are a little higher than the CVS in the downtown of Boston that I compared with there, but otherwise it’s good, close and convenient for me.

Decent sized CVS, staff have always been friendly, usually pretty empty, and have had no problems with the pharmacy so far..plus there is plenty of parking.

The worse pharmacist ever. New year day, I’m pregnant and sick and he couldn’t wait 5 min to get my prescription order from the urgent care because they close at 8. Rude and useless
