Honestly this is a shining example of cost cutting at your expense. Avoid the pharmacy (they don’t care bc the one person answering the phones, filling orders, and trying to help customers is beyond overwhelmed), avoid the check out ( no one is there and the self check outs conveniently don’t bundle or discount, let alone scan), avoid the aisles other than the holiday aisle everything else seems to be left to rot. This is a place you go to because you have to. Never because you want to. Their survey asks about moments of unexpected delight…leaving unscathed.

One of the worst pharmacies I’ve had the displeasure to have to work with, and that’s saying something. Staff is short, condescending, and demeaning in their customer service. Repeatedly, I have received notifications that my scripts are ready only to be told (after walking there in 10 degree weather) that they don’t know what I’m talking about. They send me back out into the cold, only to receive another false message that I should come pick up my nonexistent meds. This pharmacy is the reason I’ve had to cold turkey my meds MULTIPLE TIMES. If you have the option to go somewhere else, go literally ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

Unethical and inhumane treatment by their intern Daniel who wanted to shut down and leave sharply at 7 in the middle of serving me my antibiotics. I arrived there at 6:50 with a prescription for antibiotics from urgent care. I was very sick. During my checkout, my valid insurance didn’t go through because of an error in the system. I told Daniel to call my insurance and he refused saying they will close sharply at 7. I called the insurance myself but they didn’t wait for me. Instead he started shutting down the window in front of me and transferred my order to another pharmacy 40 mins away. I had to call the insurance myself and walk 40 mins to get my meds.Absolutely unacceptable and unethical. If you have a patient who needs antibiotics and an employee who wants to leave sharply at 7, who gets priority?

Pharmcy staff is friendly but front counter payment staff is very rude. Does not answer my questions and just says he don't know anything. Felt like he did not want to be there at all.

I’m not coming back to your pharmacy. After ringing up my prescriptions, the pharmacist forgot to ring up my water bottle at the end of the transaction and instead of just taking one second to ring up the water bottle he said can you you please just pay for that at the front. There is a cash register right there where I just paid for my prescriptions! I think there might have been some discrimination going on there. Never coming back to your pharmacy like I said.

WASTED 1HOUR AND NO FLU SHOT I came for a flu shot, waited until the lunch period ended, and asked if I could get one. They agreed but said I needed to wait for half an hour. I agreed and waited nearly an hour. Then they asked, "Did you check in?" I said no. They then told me I needed to make an appointment online in advance and check in for a flu shot. I wondered why they didn't mention this from the very start!

Pharmacy needs to be better staffed. Went there twice in the past 2 weeks, 1st time I got there at 6.15pm and asked if I could pick up my Rx same day and was told "we close at 7pm, so no guarantee" (thankfully was able to pick it up the same day). 2nd time came there at 2pm (they were reopening after the lunch break), and was told the wait time was at least 45 minutes. I ended up leaving without my medication as I had to go to work. Both times it was an antibiotic. I used to work as pharmacy tech in the past and antibiotics was always a priority. There were no people waiting, so I was a little confused. I don't think it's the staff issue. This pharmacy is typically busy and always short staffed. Not good experience at all.

This CVS will call a local cash-only towing company (Robert's company) to remove your car while parked. It turns out the CVS manager makes this call. Now, if you ever need health services from a company who has basically eliminated all the big and small competition so that a simple ibuprofen or aspirin can cost 100 times their real cost, AND you must also pay (in cash!) for towing..how do you call that? Mobsopoly?

Last night my father had texted me I. My way home way from work asked if I could stop off to pick up my mom medication. He told me the pharmacy was opened to 8pm mind you I work in the city and take public. Transportation home. By time I arrived to the pharmacy it was little after 7pm and it was closing. I asked the pharmacist if they any way I could get my mother medicine, there response we can transfer it to the another pharmacy but weee closed. The assistant manager in training took some kindness on me and told we're i ot doing this on w but you should know we changed the hours. I said no outside it said 8pm and there a sticker on the door saying 7pm,. Long story short why even have a cvs here when most them close at 7 and only close 9. I am going take my business to Osco drug store where they close at 8pm and care about their clientsNo wonder this company going under there customer service sucks along with their extravagant pricea

They towed my car while I was in the store (they were towing everyones cars claiming we werent in the store). I was in the store for about 10mins and came out and was able to pay the guy off. The manager must be getting a great cut from this tow company

Pharmacy doesnt seem to know how to operate a telephone, called 15 times to try and determine the status of a prescription, on hold 20 min each time.

Prices missing in many shelves. This is illegal if item is not individually marked. Spoke to staff member, " that's Christmas stuff". Self checkout not even stocked with bags. Empty shelves, overpriced. Very uncomfortable. This is a reason why retail is not surviving. Service.
