Pharmacy workers are unprofessional at this location, gave me the run around, laughed in my face, all around terrible experience would not recommend this location. Best experience has been at the dedham one.

Cashier was very friendly, polite and efficient. I also had someone help me with retrieving an item that was locked up — this sales associate also was very positive and upbeat. Overall a great experience!

Horrible Customer Service. Very unprofessional staff and not very competent. I was there for almost two hours as they gave me the runaround on why they couldn’t fill my prescription and then proceeded to blame my doctor. Would NOT recommend this cvs at all. Try the one down the street you wont regret it.

Pharmacy staff is RUDE no customer service skills whatsoever. If I’m doing an easy pickup it’s not a problem but if you ever have a question or something they are very rude, they look miserable, no smile, they look so serious, they don’t let you explain, always interrupting you and they act like you’re bothering them… I can go on. They were even rude to my mother as well. And it’s not just one then that’s like this like 80% of them are rude.

The gentleman that was running the register at the front of the store was very helpful and pleasant. There should be more people like him working in public jobs! I believe his name is Andy.

This store is ridiculous!! Sooo many items either out of stock or no longer stocked.... most items in locked cabinets and staff very slow to respond to provide assistance!
What should be a straightforward shopping trip is just extremely frustrating, walking away with not even 1/4 of what I went in for!!

Every time I go to this CVS they never have the medications, I always have to call the doctor because the pharmacy never has the medications available, what a disappointment

Hire new security! Cause whats not okay is following children around and yelling vulgar obscene language at them! Do better cause if I was close to the store it would’ve been a BIG PROBLEM!!!!!

The worst pharmacy wait ever. 35+ min in the drive thru. 2nd time waiting for prescriptions here. Last time told 1/2 hour. Waited over an hour only to be told it still wasn't ready to come inside and had to rewait over 20 min in a line. Only to be told it still wasn't ready.
