The worst pharmacy wait ever. 35+ min in the drive thru. 2nd time waiting for prescriptions here. Last time told 1/2 hour. Waited over an hour only to be told it still wasn't ready to come inside and had to rewait over 20 min in a line. Only to be told it still wasn't ready.

I transferred my mother's prescription earlier today and the lack of compassion and empathy is disgusting how is it that I submitted the scripts at 4:30 and gave the information both via phone and app is 7:30 they just told me it will take up 2 day for the scripts to be transferred she just had a massive stroke and they just dismissed people from getting their life savings medication do better cvs. Smh

Today my husband I had our RSV and Covid boosters. The entire staff was friendly, respectful and helpful. The Pharmacist gave us our shots and he was friendly, thorough, totally professional...his skills were very high as I did not even feel either of the shots. We then bought an item and the cashier was so helpful applying our discounts to our item which saved us 8 dollars off a 10 dollar item...wow!!! This Hyde Park CVS is top notch...kudos to all the staff.

I have been supporting this CVS for over 20 years and I feel that as time passes the customer service just get's worse and worse. Especially the pharmacy. I just waited in line for my prescription and when I finally got to the register the person tells me there is no prescription for me, when I called it in and received the text notification that it was ready. There was no "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" just "I have no prescriptions under your name". When I explained to him I received notification, he didn't care and was very condescending and rude. CVS you must do better.

I tried to get cash back using Apple Pay and I was told after taping my phone on the machine that you can’t get cash back using Apple Pay. I told the employee I didn’t want the item anymore and left the store because I was in a rush to get to work and she authorized the payment without my consent. Very unprofessional and very illegal. I don’t recommend using Apple Pay here or shopping here.UpdateIssue was resolved

Pharmacy staff are borderline rude most of the time or have an attitude issue. Service is unbelievably slow. Staff turnover seems really high, and competent people seem to leave as soon as they can.My household has pulled all medication from this store. Final straw is their broken pharmacy refrigerator -- going on a week. But still allowing people to schedule vaccinations that can't be done, which means their online systems cannot be relied on either.

The Hyde Park CVS is a very good store. They usually have whatever you need and you always find a parking spot.

Rude cashiers, they would rather be on their phones been helping the customer. The supervisor wasn’t much better give the jobs people who actually would appreciate and probably do a really good job at it go there if you want to be talked to rudely or not be helped.

I love all the staff there they are all amazing people very nice ! I wish the store would invest more money into keeping the shelves stocked up compared to other stores they have less on hand.

I called the pharmacy for my prescription the lady had an attitude problem as if she did not want to attend me and ready to just hang up without answering my questions i said excuse me I need your manager she said she was the manager I said no can't be not with that attitude I ask for someone else to attend me she said no one is available I said ok I will call the front of the pharmacy and hung up I then call the front they said the manager not there he will be in tomorrow really this a joke or what people like this shouldn't be working if you don't want to attend and speak to people don't work if I'm being polite and calling to ask about my prescription that's your job you get paid for don't work then if you don't know how to talk to people or treat people I changed to Walgreens immediately I called they did their job and spoke to me correct without attitude I didn't have to feel like I was such a bother just for one question it was such a bother for the poor woman in the cvs pharmacy the pharmacist that's claims to be manager

7pm bivalent booster vaccine appointment. Sitting here 20 mins and they can’t be bothered. Been up there every 10 mins to ask how much longer and the pharmacists there roll their eyes and keep saying “the pharmacist will be with you in a second”. Why even have appointment slots if you can’t be bothered to handle it. God knows how much longer it’ll be.Update: it was 32 mins and the pharmacist gave me an attitude. DO NOT GO HERE. Their priority is making sure their ever increasing prescription line is served before they get you vaccinated even if you have an appointment and giving you the jab takes 30 seconds start to finish. They didn’t even tell me to sit for 15 mins (which is protocol). Guess they couldn’t be bothered to do it right. I stopped counting at 18 people that they served in line before me and that line was 4 people long when I arrived there.

Was in a mv accident, had a lot if back pain went to this pharmacy and was totally ignored! 3 persons working I was the only customer! Had to shout and beg for someone to come to the counter. The girl that came was passively aggressive and had an attitude I felt so disrespected and disregarded. I will NEVER visit this pharmacy again, will be asking for my other medication be sent to another pharmacy!

This pharmacy is one of the worse. For over a week they have not been able to find my mom's prescription in their system. Tried calling, was hung up on, then got a rude employee who stuck me on hold and never came back. Went to the store to speak to the manager, was told he is not there, come back the next day. I work, can't be running back and forth to that store.
