This place Deserves 0 stars! My Dr. Sent a prescription to the pharmacy, they didn't even give me 4 days to pick it up, and they sent it back, without no remorse, didn't care if you were sick, out of state, or maybe perhaps just out of commission. They need to put this place on mass and Cass. If you go to Brookline, you will be serviced.

The pharmacy, whenever the line is long. Add a 2nd person on the register. It would make a world of difference . Only until the line is shortened.

Very bad service Why the line for the pharmacy is crazy to me with 2 people working In the front With other people in the pharmacy just walking around not helping I wish they give us the option by not picking a star This cvs needsss to shut down. Or Get people who actually want to work and want to be there to help people get their prescriptions. Faster

This pharmacy is well located and has some very attentive cashiers, but Mrs. CAMESHA is not nice to me. Whenever I go to this pharmacy at the supermarket product service counter, she refuses to help me with the coupons. She forces me to use my fingers to write the code so she can serve me, while the other cashiers at the cash registers always ask me for the coupon and use the automatic reading sensor. I ask her why she does this to me and why she uses her language to the colleagues next to her? Yes, I called her a bad attendant and she is rude. She said that CVS does not control her and that she is working there because she wants to! I think she should be doing the back work because she does not have the quality to be in customer service. I stopped going to this establishment from today onwards. I will never go there again and I will show the neighbors not to go there! ??

The manager in the pharmacy seems to have a personal issue with people challenging her authority when it comes to prescriptions. This woman refused to give me a prescription for my son that he needed when he had pneumonia and severe fever. She flat out, told me that she didn’t feel like it was appropriate for him to take the medication instead of contacting his doctor to get prior authorization like I requested. This woman went on to tell me about her credentials and how she knew she was making the best decision for my child. I am a mother of five. I don’t let people make decisions for my kid and if I’m asking you to get a second opinion, that’s what I expect. She was extremely combative which caused an in exchange of words. Today when I went to fill a prescription for the same child, she walked away from the register and refused to work with me instead of trying to extend an olive branch and mend a relationship with someone she has to work with her community. It’s all good. I filed a complaint with headquarters so she can she get the attention she was looking for, but I was very saddened to see her walk away from the register instead of using the opportunity to fix what she did wrong. The young man that I worked with was a pleasure, extremely professional and kind! ?️In customer service they teach you that the customer is always right and as a professional myself, I take every opportunity I can rectify a negative situation if I am able. I can admit when I am wrong but It was sad so be wary when you order your prescriptions here. I know I will be changing my pharmacy

I was very disappointed with the pharmacy customer service. The guy hung up in the middle of conversation. And it is so difficult to get them on phone!

I go to CVS more then any other Pharmacy Store. I basically live in the store. I was so glad when they put (1) in my neighborhood. I can honestly say it has improved this areas properly value ☺️
