The pharmacists here are so kind. I have horrible anxiety with needles and they are so caring and understanding and make the experience painless! Sometimes the wait time to pick up a prescription is long (eg the lunch break or post-work rushes) but they do a good job of keeping things moving efficiently.

I needed a car battery and asked Jeremy for help but he said Francier might be more knowledgeable. I really appreciated Francier’s help. And afterwards, Aracelis saw me struggling with my car key battery package because I couldn’t open it and she was so nice to offer me scissors!!!
Talk about HELPFUL!!!! And so nice!
The whole team was so caring and kind, and I love coming here bc of the attention they give me.

Literally, the worst CVS on the planet. I never get my medications on time. Ever. They have to special order them, fine. I order, I get a confirmation of order. But this store NEVER enters in the order. I am now out of my meds -again- because this happens often. Go somewhere else if you value your health.

Super super rude and unhelpful. If you don’t like customer service then why work a job like that? Idk. Specifically the guy with the ponytail and I told a supervisor who was equally indifferent and he said he’ll let him know which he probably won’t so yea

I hate the automated call center! They never answer, much less return the call. Pharmacy area hours.

Dez was incredibly helpful at check out! He was quick, warm, and very professional. I was having issues with my photo order and he solved the problem with ease. This location has a stellar team of cashiers - they’re always so great.

Krizia and Tatiana at 467 Centre St in Jamaica Plain MA were so nice and courteous. Tatiana was so patient and nice with the customer before me, it was admirable. When my turn came she informed me my item was buy 1 get one free.
When I came back with it I went to the line where Krizia was because Tatiana's line was much longer. As I stood in line, was helping a blind gentleman, she attention, the care and patience she took to assit him was very touching. These two are kindness superheroes in my book. I was amazing. I'm still in awe.

sadly the best pharmacy in Jamaica Plain has been ruined by corporate greed. Will be, the pharmacist is a personal hero to me and has kept me literally from dying over the past 10 years.
So what are they do? They just installed a new phone tree system where you literally cannot reach the pharmacist. You are led through four or five or six different options and then you are given this message: "thank you for calling CVS, to save you time, please leave us a message and we will call you back within the next 2 to 3 hours"
for the past three days I have simply been trying to find out when my last prescription of one of my medication's was filled. I literally cannot find out. Oh I've gotten phone calls back but not one of them has answered that simple question. It's just so frustrating because these people are really good at what they do and they really work hard ! Do you want to give them a break? Hire more human beings. when you're sick, things like this are tough. But when you're old, sick, disabled, and it's terminal, it's a real kick in the head. CVS get off your wallet and hire appropriate people to support your existing employees.
