Tried delivery and total failure. Was home all day and no one rang the door bell. Did not get a notification that “delivery attempt was unsuccessful”. When I called the pharmacy, they were not helpful, so i went to pharmacy pick it up in person, and then they couldn’t find the “filled” prescription and had to do a new one. They asked me to pay; When I asked for records as to if they refund it the prior payment, the pharmacist got irritated at me, said they refunded “both the script and the delivery costs but whatever”, “so done with this”, she voided the payment, and walked away! The staff member she was helping gave me my prescription and said all set.1) bad attitude.2) she could’ve just answered my question about the refund because I never paid for delivery cost cause I’m a care pass member; hence my request for verification.

Unprofessional and incompetent pharmacist. Frencesca Preziosi. I cannot try to pick up a prescription without there being an issue. Every month without fail.

So helpful. Great staff. Small shop but loaded with most everything you will need. Great pharmacy. So helpful. Located in the Longwood Medical area. In the Galleria. Highly recommend!!!!

Usually I do not write reviews but the lady with the name Iris went above and beyond to help. I stopped by this CVS while I was in the area just to get rid of the monthly extrabucks I have but Iris made me do a little bit of more shopping.When she noticed that I was wondering she came and asked me whether I needed help finding anything. She guided me through the aisles and answered every question I had and helped me select the ankle strap support that I need. For me it is enough that she is welling to offer help and take care of whatever the customer needs and I would not expect more than that.Also, the cashier at the register Jessica applied all the coupons that I had when I asked her to make sure to do so. Other CVS especially the one in Cambridge near to where I work is a nightmare so If I stop there to get a snack during a break or during work- hours I would be always late due to their employees' incompetencies and unwillingness to help and some of their supervisors are the same as well.Keep the hard work up Iris and Jessica! we need people like you in customer service sector because there is no time for less than an excellent or adequate customer service.

A lot of interns fresh out of school, they’re rly trying their best but I think they could be managed a little better. They always say they don’t have my meds and I ask them to double check and they’re there. I can’t blame them though

Usually, I have no problem with this place. But Jessica is apparently new in the pharmacy department and is incompetent of refilling a prescription. I would advise to management that they should reconsider their new hire. For a place to make it more stressful to make multiple phone calls and to be put on hold is very time consuming. When it’s the pharmacist job the refill prescriptions.

The service here is more often than not okay however I went in there on Sunday May 26, 2019 at about 12:30 and the only clerk at the register (female) was having a lengthy conversation in spanish with another female customer. This was occurring while I was standing in line with my hands full. After about 5 minutes of this I left the stuff on the counter and walked out. Do your job madam!
