I usually don't like getting my nails done but I had a great time! didn't feel judgement for my nails or eyebrows even though both definitely needed this. cute dog Lulu and great prices as a student! oh

I started doing my nails with Dana about 17 years ago, and 17 years later I am a happy regular that refuses to go anywhere else in the Boston area. I absolutely love this salon!!! The service is stellar, prices are fair, and it is a convenient location with parking in Brighton Center. Dana and Julie do a great job with nails and eyebrows! I've come here in preparation for birthdays, weddings, and my high school prom. Check it out, you'll leave very satisfied!

It was my first time at Dana’s Nail Salon for a gel manicure. She is a nice lady; however, I don’t have positive comments about the quality of the job. Firstly, when I made my appointment, I asked about the price, but in the end, I was charged a lot more than what they had initially said. The manicure was terrible; I still have pain after 4 days, and all the skin around my nails is injured. I asked for a curvy nail and a French design, which looks like a terrible amateur job.

Was looking forward to coming here as I never get my nails done. My cuticles look jagged and ragged even one day later. I even made it a point to tell the woman I had alot of cuticle. She still barely trimmed ANY. DISAPPOINTED to say the least.

I’ve never had mani, pedi or eyebrow care before but a male friend of mine recommended this place. Rose did my feet and Dana did my hands and eyebrows, and both ladies were great! The place is relaxing, the staff is friendly and the prices are very reasonable. I’ll be back!

Small place, walk ins won't be serviced, pricey and manicure didn't last a long as it normally does but was double.

I did my nails twice there. I asked for gel nail polish with and wihtout designs. I really liked my nails and it lasted 3 weeks at least. She takes her time and does a really good job with the designs. she’s got a cute puppy that I love so much. The thing with gel nailpolish is it kinda damages your real nails especially after you stop getting them done. I had to go through two months of really weak nails until they got back in shape. if you’re into the habit of keeping up your nail gels then I recommend this place and gel nails in general. but if you don’t well maybe stick to the regular easy to remove nailpolish! Otherwise service and wait time was great. it’s a family run business and I like supporting them!

Of all the days Juneteenth. Walked into to salon that says walk-in welcomed. Mostly empty but for two people getting nails done and an employee not working on anyone. Immediately asked if I had appointment and then told they don't have time. The entire day you don't have time? Not can you come back or it's going to be wait - just bye. This place had been recommended but only for certain folks I guess. Beware

I recently visited this salon for a gel manicure refill and appreciate the quality of the work done. However, I was very disappointed with the attitude and customer service I received from the person who serviced me. I have been to this salon a few times and have noticed that the customer service has been less than ideal during my previous visits, but this time it was particularly unpleasant. After the service was completed, I asked about the total cost, which was slightly higher than what I was charged during my last visit. I was a bit confused because I have been charged different prices each time I have visited the salon. Therefore, I was hoping to understand how the pricing is determined. When I asked the service provider about it, she became very angry and loud with me. She did not allow me to fully express my concerns and instead tried to yell over me. While I understand that she may have been tired after a long day, as a paying customer, I believe it is essential to have transparency on how the total cost was determined. I was trying to be polite and only seeking clarification on the pricing, as I firmly believe that paying extra for a luxurious service should have a fair reason. It would have been great if there was a breakdown of the prices presented beforehand, as is common in most places, especially if there were any additional charges. Overall, the quality of the work done was good, but the poor customer service has left a lasting negative impression on my experience.Service: Gel manicures
