TLDR: Cheryl at DY in Back Bay is amazing and a great example of someone who is willing to go above and beyond to ensure a great shopping experience!I was searching for a unique wedding band after shopping around at local stores. Prior to this experience, I had never shopped at DY but, feeling like I had run out of options, I decided to stop by. Immediately, I was warmly greeted by Cheryl who spent the first minute or so chatting with me about my preferred styles/metal type. She was welcoming and so easy to talk to! She showed me an array of bands. Unfortunately, at the end of the appointment, I didn’t find a ring that I absolutely loved. However, upon browsing the website when I got home, I saw a band that was a non-traditional wedding band— I immediately texted Cheryl asking if the store had it in my size so that I could try it on. I was so surprised when she immediately responded (despite it being after work-hours)! She let me know that while she wouldn’t be in for work the next day, her colleagues could assist me and that she would ask to have the ring set aside. Sure enough, her coworkers Kendall and Lauren were there to assist me the next day. After falling in love with the ring, my fiancé and I paid a visit to the store together to buy the ring. We couldn’t be happier with Cheryl, the staff at DY, and Lauren (the store manager). We are grateful for their help and will be returning customers in the future!!!

I have shopped here many times over the past couple years and I’ve purchased +\- 7 pieces of jewelry. Cho is the brand ambassador I’ve shopped with almost every time I’ve come in and she is great. She even reached out to me once with a complimentary gift card ($500!!!!). She sees tons of customers but still manages to remember my face when I come in to browse.

After being completely ignored at another "luxury" store nearby, our group of 3 wandered into David Yurman just to take a peek at their bracelets. John Doherty greeted us and introduced himself as soon as we walked in the door.We genuinely cannot say enough good things about John! He brings the perfect mix of style and high-end customer service that you would expect in a store like David Yurman.John spent around 2 hours with us, letting us model things that caught our eye and offering recommendations of similar or complimentary items so we could find just the right pieces.We're all SO pleased with our purchases, and we'll absolutely be back next time we're in Boston!

This store is nice to look at but the sales associates are fake. They give you their “personal” number like they’re going to help you and then don’t care. I got better service on Long Island. Might as well just order online.

Excellent Brand Ambassadors and customer service highly recommend .had to go back to the David Yurman Store for a issue I was having, and then Brand Ambassador John Doherty went above and beyond to take care of my situation. Amazing customer service.

You would think for a high end store the customer service would be better. The woman who checked out us was nice and professional but everything went downhill. We bought a ring and had it resized and shipped to us since we do not live there. There must of been confusion in the store because they called us twice to come pick it up even though they said it would be shipped. They sent the tracking information to the wrong email. Then we call to try to get the tracking information and then they said they would ship it out Saturday. No tracking information Saturday or Sunday. I understand FedEx doesn’t run Sundays but the label are printed at the store so they have the number. I call again Monday and try to get the tracking number and finally was able to get it.I would never have shopped there if I knew the trouble I was going to go through. I expect so much more out of a David Yurman store.

Carmen gave us great service and really helped my wife pick out what she liked. She didn’t pressure us. Just made us feel comfortable and made sure my wife left with a wonderful birthday gift. Couldn’t be happier.

John Doherty was phenomenal.I went to the Copley location in Boston last week for an issue with a recently repaired ring. John was attentive, upbeat and very knowledgeable. Upon pulling up my repair ticket, he immediately apologized and said what happened was unacceptable. He offered a solution beyond what I had anticipated, and made the process as easy and quick as possible.

I've had my yurman piece cleaned from time to time at this location and more often than not it looked good but it still needed to be slightly slightly touched up with a cloth. I went there today and Cinzia was able to make it look probably the best its looked since when I first bought it. Not only that but I did notice that when I first came in all of the staff were already working with other and as soon as she was done she wasted no time in noticing I was waiting and asking how she could be of help. Great service!
