The whole team are top tier at this location. They are always going above and beyond !. This is one of the reasons I always request vendors use DHL . Great job guys , as always !

There used to be a blonde woman here all the time and she made return such a hassle. Everything you could possibly need was a chore to her. She insisted on reopening every package to make sure the slips were inside. One time she switched the slips on 2 packages and they went to the wrong place and I never got a refund from both companies. I was out $600. But the money wasn’t the issue it was more her attitude.
But lately!! There’s this young Asian guy there. He is so accommodating hospitable and respectful I’m not scared to go do buisness here anymore. I’m so happy.

Please do not do any business with DHL, they don’t know what happened in custom. They failed to return my package until I lost my money and my package!! Stealing my freaking phones!! Customer service doesn’t have a clue!! Custom to them is fairly new because they don’t know how to contact them.

We left an iPad on a plane in Portugal!! We got it back today thanks to Brandon Chu, Boston DHL office.Brandon stuck with us thru the whole complicated process of getting it back. I can’t say enough about his professional , and personal commitment to us,his customer. We would not have gotten it back with out Brandon!! Thank you for your hard work and commitment!! DHL is lucky to have you!

I hear rave reviews about DHL. My only concern is that I see they’re only situated in Boston and Western Mass. Are there more DHL shipping service centers in Massachusetts? I set up an online shipment account to send my Daughter a gift in Nigeria. I knew nothing about customs and the choices regarding forms and stuff, so in-person service would really be helpful. Are there any DHL full service centers closer to New Bedford, Mass? Thanks!!

I’ve received excellent customer service for the past 2 and half years at this DHL location. Michelle, Brandon and Madeline have always been the people I’ve interacted with and they are the most amazing professionals who go above and beyond to assist.

This location has zero respect for its neighbors which is a direct reflection of leadership. During “loading hours” which tend to be after 11pm and again before 6am, DHL associates locate vans in their parking lot by activating the panic buttons. Many times, there are multiple alarms going off at the same time which is highly disruptive to those who are trying to sleep nearby. This DHL location has been here for a while but has failed to adapt to its new surroundings.
