Im still surprised this lady is still employed here!!!! Her name is Ann. I’ve shopped various times with Dior and she’s always so rude, awful customer service makes disgusting comments, and extremely racist and I’m talking about racially profiling on the spot. Her commentary is said out loud not caring about who is around her. This cannot be a comfortable environment to even work in, for a person like myself who’s been around luxury retail for a while, I’m surprised a company like Dior still keeps someone who’s like this around it simply doesn’t look good for the brand and isn’t right for the people who shop there as well.

For my daughter's desired graduation gift
We went to Dior inside Saks and they didn't have what we wanted, so we visited this store.
Fortunately, we had the necklace we wanted.
The staff weren't very friendly.

I literally the best experience with Jorge, he was patient and very knowledgeable. Hands down recommend shopping with him. My lady Dior is gorgeous. Thank you again Jorge!

Could not recommend Ann and this location more. Have bought several items from them and each time was more impressive than the last. Great customer service from the store manager - highly recommend asking for her by name :)

The Asian woman who speaks mandarin is very rude. She even doesn’t allow customers having their own opinions. My friends and I were discussing about one bag personally. And she directly interrupted us and spoke very loudly and rudely to deny our discussions even we didn’t speak to her. The manager should reconsider this employee and let her know that respecting others is very important.
