Could not recommend Ann and this location more. Have bought several items from them and each time was more impressive than the last. Great customer service from the store manager - highly recommend asking for her by name :)

The Asian woman who speaks mandarin is very rude. She even doesn’t allow customers having their own opinions. My friends and I were discussing about one bag personally. And she directly interrupted us and spoke very loudly and rudely to deny our discussions even we didn’t speak to her. The manager should reconsider this employee and let her know that respecting others is very important.

I am not sure why this location have all the bad reviews , my recent trip to Boston , i stopped by this location , and at first I was worried because of previous reviews, the Asian women that helped me was very kind and knowledgeable, everyone greeted me when I entered, this location has a huge selection of merchandises. I will say some of the customers was very rude , there was a man there I guess he was a frequent customer, he was snobby & bragged about his money the whole time , so maybe all the bad reviews comes from customers like this gentleman,

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I walked in ready to purchase a bag that I had seen online. The asian woman who worked there would not let me touch the bag, even moved my hand out of the way. I just wanted to hold it up in front of the mirror. I have been into a lot of high end stores such as this one, and this is not how a person should be treated upon entering. I walked right out because I was so disgusted by the poor customer service I was experiencing. Ended up going to burberry and purchasing a bag there. Do not go in here unless you want to be looked down on/ talked down to. The women in there should not have that job.

In August 2022 I bought a Dior purse. In March of 2023 the chain broke. I came to the store in Copley on March 12th and they told me it would be ready in 2-3 weeks. I called them in 4 weeks and they did not know who I was. They lost my records. I sent them my receipt and then they found my info. They then told me another 2-3 weeks but now it's been 2 an additional months. After all this, they called me and said hi Carol your purse is ready. My name is not Carol and they were referring to someone else. I still don't have my purse and I think it may be ready next week. Fingers crossed. This was frustrating because I missed so many important events. Horrible customer service. I would advise to purchase Dior products from a different location.

Bought my wife a wallet, not even a year has passed and the leather was ripping apart. Went in to get it serviced, was never told about a cleaning fee. 2 months passed and we haven't heard a word from them. We called because they never told us the wallet was ready, as i said above we were never told about a fee that we were suppose to pay. We showed up today and they suprise us with having to pay a cleaning fee. The manager was giving us attitude saying that someone called us and telling us the product was ready and there was a fee. Nobody ever called us and a name brand like this how could it get destroyed if it wasn't even 3 months old. Stuff like this just makes me not want to buy from them again. i would not recommend this store.

My friend had a few bags in mind she wanted to see in person. A lot of the workers were too busy on their phones to help out other than one person. She patiently showed us the bags and even provided suggestions. After making a decision, she did offer some complementary refreshments which included water, and soda. The store layout is aesthetically pleasing which is probably why the staff don't feel the need to be helpful.

Neil was great! They expanded to add a men's section and it's great! So much space for activities! They really have a wide selection for both men and women. Neil was very helpful in pulling items for us and providing information on availability. He's very kind. We hope to be back soon.

It was my wife's birthday, so we decided to go into Dior. She found a lovely purse that she fell in love with, and our consultant Ann Lee was amazing. Excellent customer service, that I would highly recommend to anyone.
