The busy lunch time only one cashier is open. Very nice but super slow guy and no one is ever able to help even though there are plenty of staff hanging around. This is ridiculous

The Dollar Tree store offers a wide variety of products at affordable prices. However, some staff members have been observed exhibiting unprofessional and discourteous behavior towards customers who enter the store without taking a basket or cart. These staff members may engage in inappropriate actions such as chasing customers within the store and making repeated announcements over the loudspeaker system.

I absolutely love this Dollar Tree location! I will inconvenience myself to travel to the opposite side of the city to specifically shop here because not only is it immensely clean and organized (which makes for a stellar shopping experience) but in addition the staff is super nice and helpful. I even had the pleasure of speaking with Roxanne who was happy to help me which was makes my efforts to shop here again all the while better. Looking forward to shooping here time and time again & highly recommend to any DT enthusiast. ?

Located near the tram station (packards corner, Green T). A very useful shop to buy small kitchen items, glass storage containers, stationaries etc., It's $1.25!

Should have a sign that says no refunds.I specifically asked whether I’d be able to do a return for an item before buying and the sales person (Shandell) said yes. Well…. few hours later, no refunds only exchanges. What a lie.

This dollar store is huge and has everything! From decor, to housewares, to arts and crafts and more!We go here to buy decor items, and love browsing the aisles to look at all the stuff! Yesterday we also found press and seal envelopes - a pack of 50! Also found some cute ceramic bowls, and bath sponge loofas.The prices have gone up but not by much - everything is now 1.25 lol!Conveniently located near Star Market and Super 88. Parking was easy on the street but sometimes can be tricky. But Super 88 has a lot and we usually go there anyways and it's a short walk from there.Our cashier yesterday was delightful and very friendly- apparently this is her first year living in the Boston area - she's from the South Dakota and Texas areas. Very nice customer service.Overall highly recommend this dollar store.

Sucked . Shorted staffed and the lines are forever always long. Ever since the pandemic it's been a tragedy and a constant excuse to raise the prices on all the merchandise the Dollar Tree is no longer a dollar store terrible. I'm sticking with Family Dollar I don't know about everybody else when things for sure they never claim to be a dollar store they only claim to be a family discount store I give him that much congrats.
