I stayed here for two nights last week for veterans weekend. My mom, boyfriend, and I had a wonderful stay. The front desk- Eddie and Jorge- were fantastic!! They were friendly and accommodating, assisting with anything I needed. The chefs in the cafe area were very friendly as well. They made great hot chocolate and food! The hotel supplies a complimentary shuttle to south Boston which was very convenient for Friday night dinner. You are very close to the beach and the harbor walk. That is a beautiful walk. We did the harbor walk after the JFK museum and the sunset was just amazing. The hotel is in a good location for not being right in the hustle of Boston. We got around by Uber but you are walking distance from the bus and train station. I would recommend staying here and will definitely come back again.

Location is convenient, right near the transit station which seemed relatively safe, especially late at night. The man working the front desk staff on the morning of 10/12 was awesome and able to answer my questions fully. Rooms were fine and appeared clean. Parking is $22 per day.

Not sure if I’ve ever been more disappointed with a Hilton property? Room is adequate (standard king, @ nearly $450/night). Parking $22/nt. Biggest complaint would be the breakfast. And not how poor of a buffet it is ($22/per person), because you could certainly eat elsewhere…but because you are literally hounded the second you even think about touching a coffee cup. As you are immediately informed/reminded that “the coffee isn’t free”. I signed off on the room charge, didn’t eat…as my wife slept. Just wanted some coffee and a few moments to start my day. Comical how many hotel guests were confronted while I quietly sat sipping my coffee….most seemed shocked to realize they simply couldn’t get a cup of coffee. Another complained “considering how much I’m paying for a room, you’d think I could at least get coffee?” It’s a little thing, I get it. The property gave me “I’m dying a slow painful death” vibes. Very large parking lot on the bayside that was empty and had remnants of what appears to be an old building foundation. Guest parking lot with non-working gates and potholes throughout…On my first morning I sat, sipping my $22 coffee while listening to the front desk worker complain (to a fellow employee) about his replacement being late to work. I’ve probably spent 60+ nights at a Hilton property over the last 24 months…again, this would rank near the bottom.

The rooms and service was fine for a hotel of this caliber. The breakfast however was completely ridiculous. If you're going to charge $22 for a breakfast buffet make it at least better than the free one at La Quinta. The sausage tasted like slim Jim's, eggs were flavorless, pastries were stale and the oatmeal was reduced to a rock hard lump. Complete garbage.

The front desk was very nice and helpful. The hotel was conveniently located to the subway to get anywhere. The cafe staff very friendly and the food very good. Our room was comfy and clean. A nice view of the bay.

The staff was fantastic! The facilities were great for our needs. Our shuttle guys killed it with service and info for us. Sammy put us on Yankee Seafood for the BEST lobster roll ever. Joel directed us to some excellent places to fill our day. Both guys made sure we knew EVERYTHING we needed to know to get where and when we needed to be!

Difficult review because everyone except the house keeping staff was wonderful. However 1 staff member made this trip completely unenjoyable — harassing guests in the hallway about when they planned to leave for the day (yes, harassing, by yelling down the hallway in a very unfriendly and harsh tone) and also slamming every door that she opened starting at 7amFine place to stay if you plan to be up early and out of your room early — but made a terrible place by the housekeeping staff if you’re planning a relaxing vacation

My son and I stayed at this hotel when we went to Boston for a Celtics game. We made a reservation online via the hotel's official website (vs. the usual discount hotel reservation websites), and got a much better deal (2 Double beds; 'park and stay'). The entire process was seamless, the staff were pleasant and efficient, and the amenities in the room were just right keeping a good space/amenties ratio.

My sisters and I were placed there by Costsaver. The rooms were clean but the view was deplorable! How it can call itself Bayside is an exaggeration. The employees were very rude....I got the feeling they did not like Americans!! From the help in the dining area to Starbucks...all were critics! There were no porters to help with our luggage. I will never stay at the hotel ever again.

I had a wonderful time. The front desk employees were very helpful. The elevator has a feature that you have to scan ur key to go up which add some security and made me and my partner feel safe. The cafe food is good and the worker David does an amazing job. I will say that the price of the breakfast is overpriced. $22 for breakfast buffet. That’s was my only complaint. But overall was a great stay

Great staff - seriously - whomever did the training deserves a pat on the back. Extremely friendly and helpful. The location does not have much around it in the way of food, but they have a little cafe in the hotel. I just picked this place because it was close to the airport and they have a free shuttle to the airport. Rooms are spacious and the bed was comfortable. Pricing is a bit high, but it's Bahhh-stun. Everything is expensive here!

The room was spacious and clean. When we checked in, the woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We also got the usual cookies, always nice. The hotel is not in the center, but is 5 minutes walking from the subway station. It takes only 10 minutes on the subway to get to the center of Boston. The rooms can have an update. Hotel parking was expensive.

This hotel gave the best possible customer service! First and foremost - the cookies and large bottled waters for free was awesome. They also even gave us complimentary snacks when we were simply just talking about not having enough time for dinner. ABOVE AND BEYOND! When I was telling the front desk about how good my experience was, they even went as far as comping my parking pass. Absolute 10/10! And the location was perfect for travel even slightly outside of the city since the T stop was within walking distance. Highly recommend.
