We purchased a beautiful area rug, two custom cut and bound rugs for our bedrooms with bow front windows, and a custom cut and installed stair runner.Hasan was a delight. He’s a great listener, attentive to requests and does not push a sale. Selecting our rugs was a pleasure.Mike and Shawn did a great job with the installation. They were respectful of our home and clearly conscientious of the quality of their work.We would recommend Dover Rug without hesitation and will use them again if the need arises.

We had a fantastic experience getting a rug runner put in at a new home. From planning process to installation everything was smooth and easy. There was no pressure to purchase and they provided a wide range of price options to look at. Installation guys were awesome and worked around our schedule through the day.

Dover Rug & Home has an absolutely excellent selection at fair prices. The fact that they bring the rugs to your house to try is amazing. You can never be too sure how well a rug will go in your home until you try it in the space. The customer service and attention to their customer is great. I have purchased three rugs from Dover Rug and in each interaction I was treated with the personal touch and thoughtfulness with which every buyer aspires. Too often, buyers have become accustomed to unsavory experiences with pushy sales people disinterested in the customer and the product they are tasked with selling. Dover rug is the antithesis of both with staff building long term personal relationships with customers and presenting an unrivaled knowledge of the inventory they procure and sell.
