I put in "Animal Crossing: New Leaf" into Google Maps™ and was brought here. Pigeons should be a federally protected species. Thanks, Richard Nixon. NOT!!!!!

Nice station but structure can be improved.

Pretty comprehensible and easy to get places. Maybe i'm just used to nyc subways but honestly good experience. There's not a lot of people around working though. Worth the money imo. You can get most places you have to go.

Piss-soaked, inconvenient, poorly managed, difficult to navigate for first timers. But the accessibility? Also bad.

It's a good station. It's not super clean, but it is okay and is safe. Great location near lots of attractions and shopping.

You can get on the T, and change lines here as well. They even have a grocery store

Dark flickering lights in the hallways, smells like urine, trains rarely on time and always slow. Yeah this is the year 2023 in Boston

Good station, perfect for going to Bostons downtown shopping district. The station serves its purpose, but it is dirty and smells funny in some places. It also can be confusing to navigate is you are not accustomed to the T. Some entrances only allow passengers to board a train in a certain direction, and require navigation to find the right platform. Other than that however, it’s a super handy station with connections to the Red and Orange lines, Silver Line 5, and passageway to the Green Line at Park Street.

Downtown crossing have some amazing outlets like Masys, Gap and for students there is efficient option also available like PrimeMark. Where cheap options are there for clothing and accessories. Overall the whole area has many things to explore.

Downtown Crossing is a pretty busy subway station that has connections to the B, C, D, E, Red, and Orange Line Trains. Connection is also available to Park Street Station via the Winter Street Concourse. The station is old and can be updated but serves its purpose. I wish there was a mezzanine connecting Downtown Crossing Station with State Station to make transfer available from the Red to the Blue Lines without having to use the Orange Line to make the connection.
