Store is very nice and good, but! The staff is very rude. Had contact to three of them, Each one of them was rude. The cashier didn‘t Even say Thank you in the end.

Exceptional service by the staff. They want above and beyond to help me figure out my order and then shipped it to my house when I mistakenly ordered it for pick up to the wrong address. Even the customer service representatives were very professional and very fast. Thank you so much. You just won a loyal customer for life.

Rude American lady with short hair on the third floor! Never coming back again here! She has no manners whatsoever. No attendant to show you the shoes too. Terrible, zero hospitality. Avoid this store at all costs. Discriminatory behavior!!

I flew to Boston and didn't realize I forgot to pack my sneakers.... WHILE VISITING BOSTON!!! After beating myself up over it, I walked (in my flip flops) over to DSW and picked up a very reasonably-priced pair of Sketchers that lasted me my entire vacation, and now nearly 2 years later they're my everyday pair! The workers were so nice... They even took the empty shoebox from me and tossed it because I didn't want to walk around with it! Thank you!!

Depressing. Awful store and not much in real high quality shoes. The staff on the second floor was helpful. The woman on the 3rd floor was both mean and unhelpful. Save your time and visit another DSW store.

Just today I had a disappointing experience at this DSW. The store manager treated me poorly during a shoe exchange, displaying a lack of knowledge about their own policies. As a tourist from Egypt and a hijabi, I felt discriminated against. The manager's rude and mean behavior was unacceptable, especially for someone in a leadership role. It's disheartening to encounter such treatment from a store manager. I hope the management takes steps to address these issues and improve customer service.

I have never walked out of here without a pair of shoes! They have a very large selection of name brands! While sightseeing in Boston, we stopped in because my current sneakers were not very good for walking. I walked out wearing a new pair of New Balance sneakers and feltlike I was walking on air. They saved the day!.
