If you want to be in an out with the correct order then this is not the Dunkin for you! They often forget the sugar in your coffee and if you order a bagel with cream cheese spread on it for you they will not do that. If you would like a muffin and have it warmed they do not offer that service. If your using the app for pick up you need to be really patient because chances are they only have two workers and no one is managing the online orders aside from stopping the machine from beeping. If you're wondering why I haven't said anything bad about the sandwiches and the service with them it's because it depends on who's preparing and how busy it is sometimes they'll forget the cheese on your egg cheese wrap other times the English muffin is extra crunchy. To someone reading this it's going to sound like the normal experience but my biggest compliment is what I said about putting cream cheese on my order for me or warming a muffin or coffee roll. I asked for it and it's on my receipt with an extra charge price then if I ordered it with cream cheese on the side or an item not heated. Them forgetting the sugar happens and coffee is they're top item so I'm not too mad about that but I can't jump into work when I have to stop and cream cheese my begal after paying extra for someone else so do it for me. Entitled sure but don't give me the option if it's not a service you can provide.Parking: The street parking is limited as it's sandwiched between the gas station, the main road and a bus stop BUT there is a parking lot for Walgreens that can be used if you're willing to walk a bit

They are all excited and happy. They are working efficiently. :) <3Vegetarian options: Vegetarians do not eat a lot of protein.Whichever items contain protein, you may remove the protein from your meal.Dietary restrictions: They are detail oriented and cautious.Tell them EVERY AND ALL OF YOUR ALLERGIES.Parking: When searching for a parking spot. Be wise. They have changed the Rules of The Road in Massachusetts.Kid-friendliness: They are definitely Kid and Pet Friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: They have enough interior space and employees to help assist wheelchair customers.

Very nice Dunkin’ Donuts location on Columbus avenue, they always have a nice selection of fresh donuts especially in the early morning hours, the employees are very nice and very helpful as well.

Dunking food and drinks are and is the bomb I go in, and the service is always quick. You can also order online and just pick up your food. Even if you want coffee at night, it's still the best.

Some of the employees here either need their eyes checked, or are completely narrow-minded... I am a woman who has a medical issue with my larynx, which causes my voice to sound deeper... but aside from that, I don't look a tad bit masculine at all. I go to grab a bite while I am waiting for my laundry in the driers, and despite the fact that I am very feminine-looking (I had eye makeup, acrylic nails, a woman's coat, and even a purse... not to mention a D-cup sized bust), the cashier decides that my voice is what matters above all else, and addressed me as "sir" - JUST BECAUSE OF MY VOICE!! I mean, come on, everyone's voice sounds different! She was apologetic after I told her to take a good look at me, and explained why my voice sounds as deep as it does... but because I am obviously a woman whenever anyone sees me... this mistake should never have happened in the first place! There is NO EXCUSE! Ignorance is bliss, indeed!

It was really slow this day but normally its not. They forgot my food but compensated me with a free sausage egg and cheese wake up wrap. Idk this place isn't as fast as they use to be.

Karen is the worst , she told me she was going to take care of my coffee & when I got it it was gross I threw it away. No regard for the customer . should honestly get a new job she's miserable !

I am a big Dunkin fan. Though I was throughly disappointed with my experience here. My usual order is a medium iced coffee with oat milk and 3 french vanilla swirl, but I had to compromised with a Raspberry Watermelon Refresher with Green tea, which is phenomenal, because they were all out of french vanilla swirl. Though I love the drink I ordered, I'm disappointed that I couldn't have my coffee this morning. The service was great, everything was out quickly and made efficiently. The only thing was the worker who seemed impatient taking our order. He could've seemed a little happier like his coworkers.

I don’t understand why when there’s a issue they claim they can’t give you your money back and you’ll have to come back when the big boss comes in order for that to happen. I’ve heard that twice now two different occasions. Why is there never a shift on duty that has access to do refunds and over rides. It’s weird and a-bit sus. Then your employee act like they don’t care when something happens. I used to like this location but it’s always something everytime I go it’s and it’s embarrassing ?♀️
