I've been a loyal customer for almost 30 years. For the last few weeks the site will suddenly go down, like 5 times a day. This is not good as I trade often. Today the site has been down for almost 30 minutes. Customer service is not answering, I'M SO FRUSTRATED!!! Might be time to change platforms.

The worst brokerage firm ever! Sent me an email with a promotional offer, followed all the instructions to open an account and transfer money, but they don't honor it! It says the offer was from last year and cannot enter into the system, what a joke! STAY AWAY!

Genuinely horrible service. Constantly logs you out and 2FA often fails, requiring you to call them to reset. Wish I could give 0 stars! Use another platform!!

Etrade locks your account if you log in from your vacation. I spent over 3 hours trying to do things on a Phone that take 2 minutes online. Hold times 45-90 min. Then they transfer you to another department. They reset my password because I pressed 0 for customer service. FIND ANOTHER SERVICE

The worst of the online brokers. Not only are they one of the few remaining ones that charge for trades, but they also never met a fee they didn't like, and their customer service is atrocious. They are run by incompetents, and you can be sure they're screw up something. Totally messed up an Estate transfer for me recently, and are slow as molasses. Do yourself a favor and invest elsewhere.

Kirk McCaw excellent customer service, advised step by how to make a specific options trade. Call 800# put on speaker phone until they pick up.

Crisis strikes and e-trade shuts down. Every other banking institution has a plan to help customers through this and e-trade turns off live chat and goes dark. Good job.

Horrible customer service - every time I call I am on hold for over 30 minutes. I have spent the last 5 months trying to resolve an issue and they never get it right. If there was a < 1 rating that is what they would get.

Horrible customer service. Good luck getting a hold of a real person. Try calling the 1-800 number and you’ll be on hold forever and ever.

Getting in touch with anyone is extremley difficult and when i could not wait on hold any longer i tried to drive to the local branch it was also closed
