I had a great experience with them. Communicating was easy and fast. Their movers know exactly what they are doing and took great care of all my furniture. Their response time is super fast and efficient. Will definitely be using them in the future!

Moved from Peabody to Quincy, seamless move in about 3 hours, workers were professional and everything got there in one piece.

Great company. We moved 3 times over the years including a cross country move to our son. This company use their own trucks and trailers, showed up on time and everything was delivered the way it was sent.

Misleading about putting down deposits that you may not receive back.

I frequently refer my clients to Eagle Lines for a white glove moving experience and have only received positive feedback about their services and team. As I am getting ready to move personally I submitted a moving inquiry on their website late Friday evening and received a call back the next day before noon. I really appreciated their responsiveness and the care taken to understand my moving needs.

I used Eagle Lines in August to move. This is a review I have been meaning to write for some time now so someone else does not have to experience what I did.One of the movers accidentally broke a knob off of an antique dresser. Accidents happen and I am not upset that the dresser was damaged but I am angry they tried to hide it from me. The mover tried super gluing the knob back on without telling me and used so much excessive glue that it dripped onto my hardwood floor. There is still a glob of glue on my floor today. When I reached out to customer service they were incredibly dismissive. They offered to come “fix” my floors and offered a nominal credit but I was not about to let someone else from their company come and potentially cause more damage to my floor. A real estate agent had actually recommended them to me and was horrified when I told them about my experience. If they were trying to hide something like this who knows what else they might be dishonest about. I do not recommend using their service.

Been using Eagle Lines and had an awful experience with their manager. They did an estimate of our house and signed based on it. Once the move actually happened and everything was in the truck, the price increased close to $3000. I was given 2 options, unload everything at my expense or accept the increase. My only advice do not sign anything with this company unless you have a firm quotation and not an estimate.

The movers came 1.5 hours late. Their truck was already full with other peoples things. They refused to move the contents of fridge as well as my garbage cans. Left me to move all of those items on my own. I’m paying for them to move ALL of my stuff. Beware of the estimate. They ended up charging me almost double the price of the estimate. Broke several of my items and reluctant to pay the damages. Still awaiting the refund for that. Find another company.

Excellent job end to end. Arrived on time, fast and efficient pack and load, quick and efficient delivery. Good communication and value. One of the best moves in over 20 moves to date.

I spent several weeks researching to find a reliable, trustworthy moving company. I cannot tell you what a nightmare Eagle lines turned into. Most significantly two 3 by 5 canvas paintings that a friend did which were the most important item of my move, did not arrive. They blamed me for not having it on the inventory. I thought it was one of the 15 boxes as they had wrapped it in cardboard. My fault for not doing a separate inventory before they arrived but it was my first big move. They take no responsibility for the disappearance of the paintings as there are not on the inventory. In addition the van arrived 11 days after it left my property. They said this was my fault as I wasn't there on day 3 to receive it. So this would mean the van would have had to have unloaded my things at the Warehouse, loaded it again onto a bigger truck, loaded and unloaded a second move, moved my belongings onto a smaller truck and travelled over 900 miles before I drove down.Thirdly they will not take responsibility for anything you wrap on your own even if it says Fragile on it. So many items were broken even though they were securely wrapped and packed in bubble wrap. Obviously they were not handled as fragile items. It is beyond heartbreaking to have no explanation for the disappearance of these paintings and no empathy or effort from the company owner and their employees. The only comment when questioned was "it wasn't on the inventory".

I used Eagle Lines for a cross country move last year. They were initially great communicators on the phone and sent me a quote quickly. However, the woman booking the move initially booked the completely wrong date, and the movers called me on a Tuesday afternoon wondering where I was. I called the woman again to explain that we had booked for Saturday, and she was very short with me and basically hung up on me after we rescheduled. The movers then arrived more than 4 hours after the scheduled window on Saturday. I was impressed with how quickly they moved and packed everything, and they were mostly very professional aside from a few comments about my stuff. It took a little longer than expected for my things to make it to the destination, but the movers on the other side were great about scheduling a drop off. However, they refused to drive into the loading dock to unload my things and instead insisted that I wire them $300 for "dolly service" from a distance farther away. The man said, "we have your things so you don't really have a choice." However, they quickly unloaded and reassembled my furniture after I wired them the money. Only a few things arrived broken!

Great experience the workers were great very professional and friendly! They made my move very stress free and provided great service. They were on time and completed the job in a timely fashion. None of my items were damaged during the move. I would recommend their services to anyone looking to hire movers! -Chaunté

I just visited a friend yesterday in her new home and learned she had a horrible experience with a supposedly reputable mover (I won't say who). Her dining room table surface was scratched, two boxes of irreplaceable items were lost, other boxes of Bloomingdales china were in chards, the back of a leather sofa was punctured in multiple places as something else was obviously stacked on top of it, a headboard was damaged, a large wool rug was stained from getting wet and cannot be cleaned... the list goes on.

One of the owners just emailed my girlfriend and told her to change my google review because it was false. It was not false. One of the partners said one thing and another said something else and they did not help my girlfriend have a pleasant moving experience. They were EXTREMELY RUDE on the phone and would not allow me to get a word in. I want to give them a zero for even emailing us after the fact to change how we felt the move went. IF you don't move often, make sure you say you need it guaranteed on a specific date and not say I need it on a specific date because you will need to pay more.
