I called before going to this location to cash my check that is an eastern bank check. I took a Uber down there and wasted money. they said there cash machine broke and couldn’t cash any checks. But then had a nerve to act like they had an attitude or something like they were the ones that just wasted money to get there and back home. I had a reason to be frustrated for these reasons. They need to work on there customer service communication skills and get some more training or something or leave their personal problems at the door when they get to work.

The biggest annoyance is dealing with their atms. They seem to never be working properly so almost every week I need to find another eastern to deposit my check at. It's annoying to walk around with an endorsed check in my pocket..

Avoid banking with Eastern. They'll mess up your debits so they can charge you superfluous fees. This branch also has extremely poor customer service. They don't want to earn your money, they just want to take it. I've banked with them for a year now and have regretted ever since. Time to shop for a new bank. One I can actually trust with my money.
