I had an extremely disappointing experience with this Edible Arrangements location. First, the order I received was not what I ordered—completely wrong items! On top of that, it arrived hours late, and to make matters worse, the balloon that came with it was popped.
I tried reaching out to resolve the issue, but no one answered the phone. The lack of customer service and care was just unacceptable. If you’re looking for reliability and quality, I’d strongly recommend avoiding this location. Definitely not worth the money or frustration.

I’ve never seen such disgusting unprofessionalism from a delivery driver or store in my life! My wife is pregnant and having a hard time. I tried to surprise her with something nice yesterday not only did the delivery driver text her 2 hrs before the delivery but sent her pictures of her “surprise” as he called it in his text message. Then to top it off he didn’t even deliver the order. When I called the store today the lady transferred me without telling me and then the phone hung up since then I’ve tried to call this store multiple times and I just keep getting disconnected which is fine because I will be going in there this week to voice my opinion. There is a bunch of locations with different owners who actually care I would skip over this one in the future if you want respect and professionalism. Place is a disgrace and delivery driver is a creep!

By far the worst location. Poor customer service and refuses to give full refund for inconvenience of missing items that weren't delivered for Valentine's Day. Avoid this location!

My arrangement was not delivered to the correct floor at a hospital. I had ordered it to thank nurses who have been taking care of me. I politely asked if another arrangement could be delivered to the correct location. I received an extremely rude call back from this store, with the manager yelling at my daughter who answered the phone. I do not appreciate how rude they were, especially considering I am in the hospital and going through a tough time.

I ordered for my partner the sweetest valentine day ever platter yesterday and I didn’t want to open it because it was a gift but when she opened it there was just 12 plain chocolate covered strawberries. None with sprinkles, no cookies or even the cheesecake. I called no answer I sent a message no response. It’s very disappointing to spend money and not get what you pay for. It’s false advertisement. I got 12 plain chocolate covered strawberries and that’s it. Horrible when you’re trying to make this a special gift and don’t get what you think you purchased.

Awful serviceOrdered an edible on 5/12 of $80 total to be delivered to my mother on Mother’s Day, never got an estimate time or contact number to call delivery driver. 5/14 at 10pm driver contacted me saying he was outside the door delivering the arrangement. I said it was way too late and I was gonna cancel. I requested a refund through the website and nobody contacted me. Today 5/16 I called the store to ask fir a refund and they said there was two attempts to deliver it but I only got contact once at 10pm. Manager offered me a credit to use whenever BUT I have to call or go to the store to get it. They tried. Absolutely unsatisfied.

If you want to waste your time, money and not receive what you paid for this place is for you.Note: their apology and concern is fake. I've been on their customer service line for months and still not receive my refund. Scammers. ?
