Went out of his way to help us on a difficult night. Had trouble finding us but didn’t give up and was polite even when it turned out to be a low clearance area that didn’t work for his truck.

Hauled my car from Boston to NH. Polite on phone, quoted price was the price they charged. It was towed on flatbed, not rolling on tires, so less wear and tear on my car. The driver was very skilled backing in my driveway and super polite. If I need another tow in the Boston area, I'd certainly call them again.Service: Car towing

Needed a tow from Dorchester to Southern NH. They were upfront about when they would be able to do the tow, pleasant to deal with, and very reasonably priced (and honored the price quoted with no difficulty). Driver was experienced, and navigated our driveway expertly. Would use again, in the unlikely event that my car ever breaks down in Dorchester again.

They were great! When I called they said, 90 minutes, they were here in 20 min. Every other tow service I called said it would be up to 2 hrs. and more money. Other companies was the same tow price as EJW but they would of took longer to pick up my vehicle. The driver was friendly and helpfuI. Fantastic service! The driver was a great guy and went above and beyond his duties to really help me out and make my life easier! The office staff was willing to work with me to make sure I got a receipt for my insurance. On top of all this, they were very affordable.
