I'm convinced that Elizabeth was sent by an angel to help us buy our home. She helped us find numerous grants and assistance programs for first-time home buyers which made a tremendous difference for the home we were able to afford. Through all of the paperwork and complications from those assistance programs, Elizabeth stayed with us and helped answer all of our questions. She was honest in walkthroughs about the repairs she saw that needed to be done, and I always felt like I had time to make important decisions with each property we visited. Even after the sale went through we had some questions about utilities and general homeownership and she was more than willing to help us. 12 out of 10 gold stars. We honestly couldn't have been happier with the process, outcome, and guidance we received. With her on your team, you're bound to get your dream home!

Elizabeth has been an amazing agent. Her help was of immense importance to get a house that fit exactly what we were looking for, which is not easy, especially in this crazy market. She was extremely patient, helpful, and insightful, providing all the information needed to make an informed decision on all the properties seen. She told things exactly as they were and didn't say things that you would want to hear or push you to buy a property. She was very responsive over the phone and texts. She always went above and beyond even when there were last-minute requests to check properties out. She made this experience fairly seamless and I would highly recommend Elizabeth as a realtor.

Elizabeth was an amazing relator. She made us feel very comfortable throughout the process, and we found a great home. The thing that stood out, is that she viewed it almost as if she was selecting a home for herself, rather than collecting a commission. There were times when she told us to hold off, because it was overpriced, and also helped us with the strategy to get our new house $30k under asking.

As somewhat clueless first time homebuyers, Elizabeth was a wonderful and kind agent and helped guide us immensely through the process. She was extremely responsive and helped answer any questions we had - even asking questions to sellers that we didn't know to ask! She helped us set up several tours (some over an hour's drive away), and provided comparative market analysis upon request for listings we were more interested in. When we came across our dream home, she guided us through the initial offer, purchase and sale agreement, and helped negotiate an extended closing to accomodate overlap with our current lease. She provided suggested contacts for mortgage, inspection, insurance, and attorney for closing, and we had a lovely experience with all of the above. We highly recommend Elizabeth and her team!
