How poorly managed this company is. This is the second time I have tried to make a shipment with them and it is a complete mess. The first time they made me wait a week to pick up the shipment, they called me at any time and they never arrived, as if one did not work. Oh I had a job. Now with this second shipment they gave me a day and time to pick it up, they left me waiting, they never arrived. I even spoke twice with the delivery person and he kept telling me that it was coming, it never arrived. They have to handle it better, they have a horrible mess. The first tank I I ordered them to open it for me and they threw other people's things at me, a lack of respect is what they have.

I have been using the services for some time. But there have been two times that they have used my name and that of the person in Santo Domingo to send boxes that I have not sent. That is very strange and with all the problems that arise from delinquency. I wouldn't want to see my name involved in a sinbergueseria. I call them asking for explanations and to be able to give a reason. If you don't respond this week I will take legal action.

It's really a disaster. I've been shipping with these people for more than 7 years and what they did to me is now unbelievable... THEY STOLEN everything they could and couldn't... they INTENTIONALLY spilled a SHAMPO... on top of everything as if They were putting double cream on a cake... they broke new and valuable things... they stole two vests that I sent to an officer who asked me and sent me that money now they took it... a total disaster they took many things. .personal THIEVES CARAI

These people are incredible and irresponsible! Don't send anything with them. I ordered them to come pick up a house from Mars this week. They didn't come on Tuesday, I called them the next day and they told me “we have until Saturday to pick up the box.” Today, Saturday, I call them and they tell me that they are close to where I live (which is what they are going to call me); They don't call me. I call them at 6:20 pm to see if they are going to pick up the box; and it's still time and there are no answers. Irresponsible if I could give you a lower review I would gladly give it to you… first and last time. VDSMM

The worst company to send boxes, they are irresponsible when you make a claim for everything they take from you, you don't even respond to the messages without knowing the effort of anyone, don't send boxes through this company
