I had a terribly negative experience with the Boston Harbor branch that was really uncharacteristic of the service I typically get from Enterprise. My rental car was malfunctioning and then they charged me the wrong rate, which was $100 more than my reservation price. The branch manager agreed to comp my rental to make up for my bad experience, but they processed the refund incorrectly so my credit card was charged anyway. Not only that, but Enterprise reported me to collections for nonpayment. I had to ultimately dispute the charge with my bank in order to resolve and get my refund. I wish the branch manager had returned my many calls so I could have avoided going through this headache. I definitely will not rent from this branch again.

Absolutely disrespectful service.
Agent who I spoke to WED May 22nd @ 3:50 PM at the 270 Atlantic Boston location would not prorate my car rental for the days that I did not use it. Instead they charged me for the full rate and hung up on my face.
Lazy, disrespectful, and dishonest.
I will never rent from this agency again.

Rented twice. Each time the checking in at the counter was good service and pleasant but the pick up of the car was dreadful, the manager the second time was sitting in a car could care less..needs proper training, young girl with no class, her email are unprofessional and abrupt, she tried to give me a dirty car, then one I didn’t want, then I told her..”here give me this car, the car I booked..a clean and ready car?”..it was stupid and incredibly bad service…when I returned it three weeks later they finally had fixed the whole area and had a proper booth and some decent employees

Great service while collecting the car, but when I wanted to extend the rental I was told it was rented by another customer and they had no other ones available so I rang next nearest enterprise in which I was told that I could actually rent it longer they even tried to take payment before I rang back to let them know the money was in the account,then I was told it wasn't available again I finally got told because I had a couple of cards one not being in my name they didn't want to extend the rental even though I explained that the cards were mine one account being revolut which I have three cards for and my youngest sons, so wasn't happy they were happy for me to keep it over the weekend because it was to late by time I was told this they were happy to take payment left me angry

Enterprise is always my first choice rental company. Cars are always in perfect shape and fueled up. Staff is always friendly! Online reservations are easy to navigate and the check out process is fast and painless. Cars are clean and comfortable and return is just as easy as check out.

Worst Enterprise to go to is in Brockton, Ma ( 160 N Main Street) the person who is in charge when the manager is not there she's very rude. they eat at the store like they don't have a lunch break and the entire store smells weird. I got there asking to speak to the manager and she came with her mouth full of food, chewing, not ethical and looking like I had been bothering her.But that wasn't my main problem with them. I had to use enterprise's services through my car insurance. the first day I took they rental car a called them back because the panel came out with a message saying maintenance required. the Next day, I notice the tire was loosing air, and I called them back saying that I don't feel safe driving that car, and they just gave me excuses. I called Enterprise to complain and they said to go to Brockton Store and change the car and in the store they continued to say that there was nothing available. I had the car for 4 weeks and had to do the air serviced 4 times. an employee had the audacity to tell me that I could go anywhere if they turned on the machine in the car to find out what maintenance the car was requiring and the air is easy thing to fixe. After all the maintenance inconvenience, when I returned their car a new season started. They are so lazy to deal with insurance, what they tried to do, charge me and I go after my insurance for reimbursement. It has been very stressful dealing with them specially when the lady in charge when the manager is not there has no clue how to deal with customer And use threats to deal with customer.

The only reason I'm giving this location a 5 is Yolanda Mayes. She was helpful, funny and professional. We were in and out in minutes. I wish all my car rentals were this smooth.The car itself needed a deep clean, like forensic clean. It was disgusting. It's was a Ford so, you get what you get. But it was dirty and still had feet prints on the inside windshield from the pervious renter.I get it, it's a rental but damn people. Wipe down the cars.Return of the vehicle was easy and I picked this location so I wouldn't have to pay all the airport fees. It's a quick stop down the subway from the airport. I like the rental car location. Easier than the airport.

DO NOT RENT A CAR HERE AND NEVER PREPAY — Terrible hours & worse customer service. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND KEEP ITThis place is open from 9am - 12pm on weekends, doesn’t make that clear anywhere, and if you don’t show up in time they keep all of your money anyway. Signage is terrible and misleading; their office (already closed for the day) will tell you to climb 7 flights of stairs to their other office at the top of the parking deck, which is also closed. I called and asked for help getting another car from another location, and was rudely told to figure that out for myself. I ended up having to pay twice as much for a worse rental from the airport after wasting 2 hours, and leaving right in time to catch rush hour. Wasted my money and my time and ruined the start of my vacation. I’d leave a zero star review if I could.

I had a reservation through insurance and was told i had till five to pick up the car by the agent i spoke with when i informed them i was on my way i arived at exactly five (traffic) and was told they already shut down and to come back at 8am. No apologies no sorry for the inconvenience just shut their doors.
