A+ experience at the Roslindale enterprise office. The gentlemen were courteous, professional, and had a good sense of humor. My car was perfect, I appreciate being picked up initially, and then an easy drop off. All I had to do was leave the keys at the Auto Body shop. As a bonus, I got an excellent recommendation for a local beer called “ Maine Lunch”, Which was on tap at one of my local spots, and it tasted so good I had to have two ! Thank you enterprise.

I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction regarding the handling of my recent vehicle reservation at your dealership on June 7, 2025.
On the date mentioned, I arrived on time to pick up the intermediate SUV I had reserved. However, I was informed that my reservation had been altered to a smaller vehicle, a Honda Civic, without proper notification. The explanation provided was that an attempt was made to contact me to discuss this change, but my phone number was allegedly missing from the reservation documentation. Upon producing the reservation document, it was evident that my phone number was clearly stated, contradicting the explanation given.
As a senior citizen, I find driving an SUV significantly more convenient and suitable for my needs compared to the smaller vehicle offered, prompting me not to accept the smaller vehicle. The abrupt change caused considerable inconvenience and frustration, particularly given the lack of communication and the disregard for the details of my reservation. I had trusted this dealership to honor my confirmed reservation, and this experience has left me questioning the reliability and professionalism of the service they offer.

The guys at the Roslingdale site are seriously great.... friendly, efficient and overall my pick up and drop back experience was amazing! Would definitely use Enterprise again, and would choose to use this site again in a heartbeat!

I live in Roslindale & don’t need a car on most days. But when I do need a car I head to Enterprise right down the street. I know Keith and the rest of the staff there will take the very best care of me.

We rented a car from Roslindale, Boston and the staff there were brilliant! We mainly dealt with Keith who was very friendly and professional, but other staff were also lovely. We were given a choice of cars and Keith made sure our car was clean and ready for us. Paperwork was completed quickly and we were off, the return was just as easy. I would definitely recommend using them and will again next time we are in Boston. Thank you.

Customer service is top notch, everybody in the branch is super friendly and they get you in and out quickly. Also, Javier is the man and we would come back next time in Boston just to see him.

Customer service at Rosalindale Franchise is very questionable. I was first given a rental by them that ended up having engine problems and cutting off on me in the middle of traffic, I had to swap vehicles and they did not compensate . I was also overcharged for my rental by them, they initially told me it would be $513 and that I HAD to turn it in by 10am and that I could not bring it in by 12pm. I ended up calling a different franchise (Melnea cass blvd) and I was charged $423 and they allowed me to return at 12pm, when I called back the Roslindale Franchise to ask why I was charged so high and why I couldn’t bring it back at 12pm & they had no clear explanation, makes me wonder if I was overcharged for my whole trip and why I was given such a hard time. If you are considering getting a rental, this is not the franchise you want to be at.
