I have rented from this location several times. The office is conveniently located on a highly traveled road with access to public transit. The office is clean and accessible. All of the staff is friendly. Michael was the represetnative that I worked with and he was courteous and effecient. I will be back!

I recently had the worst experience of my life with Enterprise at their Mattapan Location. I booked a car a week in advance for a weekend trip, ensuring all details were confirmed and set. A few days prior to my reservation, I called the location to reconfirm the availability of the car, and they assured me everything was fine.
However, the very next day, I received a call informing me that they did not have any available cars for us and advised me to check another location. When I contacted the other location, I was shocked to discover that the price was nearly three times the original amount I had booked for. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
Not only did this ruin my weekend plans, but the lack of communication and the exorbitant price difference displayed a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I will never use Enterprise again and would strongly advise others to steer clear of this location.

Reserved a minivan on January for April school vacation. Figured, get reservation early to guarantee a car. Wanted to take a family trip. Lady at Enterprise calls me 4 days before my trip and tells me there won’t be a minivan available! Tells me I should’ve reserved earlier than 4 months ago?!! Then tells me I should call other locations! Basically saying you’re on your own! Very disappointed with Enterprise. Now I have to pay double the rate from my previous quote to find a large car in such little notice. ?

The Mattapan Enterprise location is 5 stars all the way. The manager is exceptional and her knowledge of insurance very helpful.
