I accidentally left my wallet in the rental car 15 minutes after I return to get my wallet, the manager told me to file a claim online, Despite the urgency and the wallet containing essential travel and business items, the manager refused for me to access the car in order for me to retrieve my wallet and directed me to file a claim online. Customer service was no help either, stating no one could assist if the manager wouldn’t. To this day, my wallet hasn’t been recovered, and I suspect it may have been taken by an employee.
⚠️ Caution: Travelers should be wary when renting from Enterprise at Boston Logan Airport—customer urgency and accountability appear to be severely lacking.

At the Logan Airport Enterprise: both Lexington and Hunter were very helpful. Lexington took the time to walk me through synching my phone to the car and using CarPlay. Upon our return, Hunter made sure to ask for the key fob: after his greeting, this was his next question. Very important question (as I walked away with the fob last year, and had to return via insured, tracking shipping!)

Check in online was quick and smooth, it skips line and I went directly to pickup. Car return was also quick and smooth. Staff was very friendly. I will definitely come back. My only issue was the stain inside the car near passenger’ sun visor that was not cleaned properly.

Very poor experience at Logan airport. Had a reservation and always rent from Enterprise but extremely slow customer service for paperwork. Self service kiosks did not work again. The employees waiting to show me to the car were totally apathetic. Finally one young women walked me over, did not inspect, did not offer any assistance. Obviously totally hates her job. Disappointed in Enterprise at Logan when Newark Airport and Orange County CA Enterprise employees have always been wonderful.

Hey Enterprise -
As usual, every time I rent from you the staff is helpful and make the transaction super easy. Service with a smile every time. However, we need to step it up on maintenance and cleanliness. Last 2 cars have been far less than clean and the wipers (on both cars actually) were not doing the job at all. And surprisingly, both cars were also out of windshield wiper fluid. Again, we only rent from Enterprise and have always had good experiences. But recently it seems that there is a big gap between the service provided by your staff / agents and the vehicles you rent. I hope this gets in the right hands. If it is happening to me, then I am pretty sure it is happening to others.

Left my prescription glasses and case in the car after returning to Logan. It initially was not found but Sanea, the Enterprise Tri-Branded Manager, pulled out all the stops and found them before my flight left. Very grateful.

By filling in my rental details online before arriving, I was able to skip the line at Logan. That was VERY much appreciated at 1am after a 5 hour flight.
