We had a great experience with eTax and his firm this tax season. Made an appointment - which was confirmed by text and email - and the owner didn't show up for the appointment. He told me "I forgot" and then had the audacity to make the excuse of, "well, it's Friday. Can you wait for 20 minutes?" How wildly unprofessional! So glad I took time out of my day to climb up the vomit-covered stairs of this establishment for absolutely nothing. Horrible.
