Exela movers are the absolute BEST. We’ve moved with them several times, and each time the level of professionalism, care, and consideration that went into our move was unmatched. Each move has gone extremely smoothly, and they take the utmost care with all that they do. Our latest move was across the country, and I’m disappointed that we no longer live close enough to rely on them for all our moves!!

Be very careful when hiring this company, they do not provide the 101 booklet to show how they are allowed to charge. They charged me a travel fee and charged me for them leaving their Wearhouse 45 minutes and arriving back to their warehouse 45 minutes plus an additional travel fee. The movers were only there for 3 hours and only physically moved for two hours and 20 minutes. I was charged over $1000 just for two hours and 20 minutes to help unload a truck for me. The travel charge should be for them to travel back and forth plus the labor fee they worked. I was charged incorrectly.

Did a great job handling our move. The only thing we weren't informed before hand was that the time it takes for them to start driving from their warehouse to the location and back is counted towards what you pay for. One would assume 3 hours minimum is 3 hours spent doing the packing and moving. So if you are planning on getting a 3 hour minimum, keep in mind that roughly 45 mins of it will be them driving to you and back to their center, so effectively 2hrs 15 mins is what you get.

Daniel and Nick did an amazing job and were so fast, friendly, and careful with everything. If I could give them 10 stars I would! First time using movers and I would definitely book them again. Also arrived right within the window they said which was amazing

We had a great moving day, even though it was raining, the guys remained positive and happy throughout the day. They arrived on time and listened to our needs. Great moving day recently, everything was handled professionally and perfectly! The guys were respectful of our time and the household goods they moved, furniture was wrapped and carried carefully up 27 steps. Highly recommend and a shout out to Igor and Luca for doing a great job!
