Yesterday I went to buy sneakers for my kid and Stenley and Ju offered my great customer service. Stenly was helping me out and his professional and sales experience was excellent. I purchased women Nike Dunk Low SE. He went above and beyond to explain to me about the sizes I wasn’t too sure how certain sneakers run. He was very patient and warm welcoming. Please make sure they see and receive this review. I like taking my kid to that store, my experiences going in there are always good.

Had a crazy great deal on everything when I went to visit my hair stylist. Plus staff was really nice. I'll definitely stop by every time I get my hair done, And I live in Dorchester. This tune sweater was too cute to pass up for 20 bucks!!

I won a raffle for the Jordans gym red and my hours to pick them up was from 8 to 10 I got there at 9:55 I still had time to pick them up but a employee no names but I know who he is told me that there's no more time left and I will have to get a ticket And in the back of the line he was very disrespectful and not professional. I never got the shoes but when I was waiting in line there was people getting The store before the line and people was get in the shoes even after the hour was over I found that very disrespectful to the people who won the raffle's I will never shop at expressions again I call customer service and complain about this no one never call me and I never received the email about the situation so going forward they lost a shoe collector who love shoes I guess they don't want my money it is what it is.

Brought a pair of Chrome 8, for $140.00, a piece broke off, thought it was metal, but it's plastic, I called them and they stated the return policy is 14 days, my daughter had them for 30 days only wore them only 3 times. If they were brought at the Mall, then there would be no problem returning the defective sneakers, I will never buy from them again. Money in the trash!
