I had the worst customer service experience in this location (330 M.L.K Jr Blvd). The manager on-site was very rude, disrespectful and not helpful or resourceful. She did not disclose her name to us. There were items in the store that were for sale but we were told they are not able to sell us the items. We then further asked for the manger to check another location. The manger send us to another location in a different city (Chelsea MA) which this store is permanently closed. I asked her to confirm with the other location. She informed me she could not do that. I went to the other location and the manager picking up what was left in the store that was permanently closed since 12/24/2022. I asked if all stores knew about this location being closed and he said yes. I don’t believe this was right and the way the manager from the Roxbury location handled it was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. This happened today 12/26/2022.

I rate expressions a one, there is a short black guy with short locs that has an attitude beyond this world. He should be FIRED. His ignorance and disrespectful way of speaking to the customers is Atrocoius.The short Hispanic man that did help ,has AMAZING customer service.

I just was there trying to buy a new shoes and the costumer service was horrible, a black guy with glasses was giving me attitude because I ask him to change the shoes they sold me because it was all messed up and if I’m buying something I want that to be good.... and he refused to change me the shoes because he said that I was the one who messed up the shoes when I tried it on it... but the Ones I tried on was a totally different size it wasn’t the size I was looking for and he gave me so much attitude because of that and I told him That I didn’t want the shoes anymore because he didn’t want to change the shoes... stop giving attitude to the costumer for no reason. I’ll tell all my friends and anybody who ask me about the store no to come here.

So my mom won a raffle but she couldn’t make it because she’s sick and she send me to pick them up with her id and everything and they said not that I can not do that. Like why? I always do it. She didn’t came because she was protecting you guys because she’s sick. Stp people

I bought 2 pair of black Nike sneakers for my 2 grandsons. The woman who was taking care of another was in my way she didn't move let alone acknowledge me standing there. I wanted to get a pair of sneakers and once I got them this same one was at register. I ask if they could get someone else ring up my bill of sales. Never came had to walk over to front door and that happened to be the manager had to wait additional 20 minutes to have him ring up my sneakers for my grandsons only good thing was the price of sneakers which was on sell and very stylish sneakers.
