Update: I was a customer at Eyes Over Copley and was seen by Dr. Fox. I know where I went to be visited. Instead of diffusing the situation address the problem with professionalism and make sure your optician doesn’t make fun of people who have myopia. Remember you are an optic shop and you will have customers who have myopia.
The 1 star is for young women who work at the optic shop and the optician guy. I went there a few years ago. The woman who gave me my glasses - I had never seen her before - the short woman with glasses made fun of my myopia and loudly said in front of everybody, “you won’t take off your glasses anyway because you can’t see.” She wears glasses herself! And this is an optic shop. People who come here do have myopia and astigmatism and … Her behavior was extremely unprofessional and I never went back there. Don’t do this to anyone else.

I saw Dr. Fox for an eye exam. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable and personable, but she also had all the latest technology and patiently explained each step of the exam. She recommended a new brand of contacts that have changed my life. My eyes are dry and wearing contacts had become a toll. With these new contacts, my eyes can breath again and I forget I’m even wearing them. They carry some of the best, high end frames around. Good luck picking just one pair! The entire staff is so kind and I could not recommend Dr. Fox and her team at Eyes Over Copley more.

My husband and I have been coming here for eye exams for about 20 years and we always look forward our appointments. Dr. LeTourneau is a terrific person as well as a consummate, patient professional, and we are confident that we are in excellent hands. During my annual exams, she carefully reviews my general health, examines my eyes, tests my vision, checks my prescription, and makes sure my glasses are in good shape. I've hated getting dilating drops since I was a kid, but that doesn't happen here: a very cool digital machine takes photos of my retinas, so it's effortless for me and a permanent record for her. She's also helped me pick out frames and they always have plenty to choose from. She has a good eye and we always find a winner in the shop. I don't trust anyone else to provide my lenses; I have a complex prescription and she's a perfectionist at making sure I'm happy with my vision. And best of all, if we have an eye emergency after hours, she's always been very quick to respond to our message. I can't recommend Eyes Over Copley too highly!

I've been a patient of Dr. Fox for over 20 years. She is caring, thorough, and wise. I have the upmost trust being under her care. I also can't go without saying that Dr. Leternou is so kind and welcoming! Lastly, Karen is the absolute best helping pick out the right glasses. I alway appreciate both Dr. Leternou's and Karen's honesty and knowledge!

Excellent care and the personal service is phenomenal - and comforting when I'm trying to make decisions. I've been seeing Dr Latorneau for a long, long time and have no interest in going anywhere else!

Eyes Over Copley is amazing. They offer eye exams and a wonderful array of eyeglasses. They give thoughtful advice on what glasses look best and they take time to get contact prescriptions just right. The service is incredible and all of the staff are friendly and helpful. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Eyes Over Copley is my go to for eye care from a cohesive, well communicated exam to my eye glasses and contacts. They have a terrific selection of glasses...large enough to have a nice variety to choose from, but not so much that it's overwhelming; and their staff is terrific. They're very knowledgeable and really have an eye for pairing you with glasses that fit well and look great. Have been coming here for years.

Drs Linda and Patricia are friendly, knowledgeable and kind. I always feel comfortable during the exam as Dr. Linda always explains what she is testing/measuring.The selection of frames is fabulous and they are great at suggesting styles...and help steer me toward frames that fit my face and wallet:)
